Did he play?

My bad >:(. I didn't note they already posted the 2013 roster which has Riddle listed as freshman so Sam has 4 seasons  :).

Changing subject......Is anyone interested in a pick 'em poll of 20 games per week, could be the top twenty. lesser noted games or combination of both.
Where did you see the new roster?  I still see the old one on the Linfield Football Page.

Kickoff 2013 is live!

I feel like this is our best Kickoff yet: We made a nice transition to the PrestoSports platform for Kickoff last year and this year we've taken that knowledge and tweaked it. Plus we got some new writers involved and really made sure our continuing writers elevated their game. And ours. Ben Schorzman did a nice job on the previews and a feature story this year for us.

This is the only time we ask you guys for money for anything, as I'm sure you realize. It's more than 300 pages of Division III preseason football knowledge and it's the only place you can get all this stuff: Our previews, our rankings, Keith's analysis, the whole 10 yards. http://www.d3football.com/notables/2013/08/get-kickoff-2013

$11, or $7 if you still have access to a .edu email address. (Meant for active players/students and coaches but hey, we know you guys on this board are loyal to D3football.com and we appreciate it.)

Well worth the $11 if you like Division III football.  I'd highly recommend plunking down the small amount of cash for this on-line publication.

.....I thought the article Ben Schorzman wrote in the Kick-Off about Linfield was a pretty good story. I liked the quotes from the players and coaches.

I just noticed that UPS is ranked right above Crown....... ::)

And then Ben Schorzman  quit the local paper and took a job covering the Oregon Ducks in Eugene.

Pat and company have put out their annual Kickoff publication and opening day is a week away so it's time to get the annual pick'em going again. I can't believe I've been crazy enough to keep doing this for 6 straight seasons. So head on over to: http://www.d3boards.com/index.php?topic=6535.870

Previous winners:

2012 - desertcat1
2011 - Jayhawkdaddy
2010 - wildcat 11
2009 - Proud Papa Joe and cawcdad
2008 - Blueneote
2007 - (509)Rat and pineconefan

Same rules as previous years

Prior to the first games of the season on September 5, predict the NWC final standings. These points will be added to the weekly pick points at the end of the regular season to determine the winner. 7 points will be awarded for  picking the correct league champ, 6 for second and so on to last place.

One point will be awarded for each correct non league game picked correctly and 2 points for each correct NWC game picked correctly. In addition there will be a West Region game of the week not involving NWC teams worth two points as well as a National Game. The picks must be made by 8 A.M. Pacific time on Saturday morning.

I will try to have the updated standings and following weeks games up by Sunday evening. You have between now and noon on September 5 to get your final standing predictions in. I will have the week one games up some time this weekend.

Personally like to thank cawdad for tempting me to make the season complicated and nerve wracking.
I bet once on an athletic event involving two teams I could not care less about and was stressed the whole time watching the event from my casino room. I won, but only because somebody came back to beat the spread but lost the game.
I'll take KENO.

No money on the line here D O.C.  ;D Just for fun.
