I listened to much of the PLU-Redlands game.  Sounded like our offense needs to complete drives.  Seemed like we were threatening to score constantly but coming up empty.  Defense shut them down pretty well.

For anybody interested in more detail on the Pacific-Menlo game (I know you've been dying to know Dens) here ya go:  http://www.menloathletics.com/stats/2013-14/MenlovsPacific9_21_13.htm

Yeah,  and I thought today's game was a bit sloppy with the nearly 100 yds in penalties, missed tackles (including at least a few sack opportunities) and the 2 ints.  To win by a large margin against a good team while not playing our best game really shows how potent this team is!

That's what was talked about after the game.....there is a lot of room for improvement...not too worried about the picks...CLU safety made a brilliant play on that ball Yoder tired to loft and second one was a ball that just went off of Poppen's hands.  It wasn't poor decision making.

agreed on the pics-- the WR didn't see the safety and as a result didn't go up for the ball....it was a good throw but that safety made a big play

The 2013 Cats are reminding me a bit like the 2004 Cats.  The weapons are plentiful and they are all over the field.  If they continue to improve and escape major injuries to skill players, they are going to be tough to beat.

Great job today.

Looks to me and most everybody else that this is our best team since 04 and 05. +K for you "64. Who could not agree with you?

Assuming the 2475 mile trip to Cleveland doesn't take it's toll on the Cats could we see an 80 point score  vs. Case Western Reserve? Since Case scored 2 points vs. Oberlin who never has a winning season should we expect them to score any more against us?

It could all be over in the first 5 minutes.

I don't know about 80, but the spread has to be more than 35. I just don't see this being close after the first 8 minutes. I guess this game may be a warm-up (regarding travel) for things to come November and December.
