Who you calling a "looser," anyway? How'd you know I was driving to the game? Well, see all you other loosers at the game too. :)

Just how far does one have to travel to a D3 game to be considered a "l..u..z..e..r"?

Gig Harbor Cat

Safe travels to the Catdome NW this weekend.  I will have to be on the video feed, as we have family in from Cali for the weekend.

Get em boys !!!

This one is in the bank boys, the Streak continues.  In honor of it I hope the streaker does another hit and run to the south E-zone.

hazzbeen MIAC board

QuoteMassey ratings of playoff eligible D3 teams for our viewing pleasure:
1. Linfield
2. UMHB
3. UWW
4. UWP
5. Bethel
6. Johns Hopkins
7. UWO
8. Mount Union
9. NCC
10. UST
11. Wesley
12. John Carroll
13. Coe
14. SJU
15. Wheaton

18. Augsburg

25. Cobbers
26. GAC

Mount is the one that jumps off the page, and their SOS at #105 is the reason for the 'low' position. This is where subjectivity is the missing ingredient.

Interesting to see where the others come in though. The MIAC's 14-1 record is a major reason we've got so many teams rated so highly.

ADvantage 'Catdome: Around The 'CatdomeO'sphere

Lots of material to roll through in this week's round-up.  Enjoy!

Willamette @ L&C:

Triple take this week - Surprisingly close game.
Pat Coleman: No. 22 Willamette at Lewis and Clark. Lewis and Clark has been putting some points on the board lately behind quarterback Keith Welch, scoring 34 vs. UW-Platteville and 21 vs. Pacific Lutheran, both teams we believe to be better than Willamette. It's not a stretch to see the Pioneers scoring enough points to make the game surprisingly close.

Meanwhile, over at AD-Catdome:
The offensive show for Willamette will continue this season as the Bearcats roll up to the Hill.  L&C's offense is more pass heavy with Welch looking to get the ball out fast and he loves the middle of the field.  That will play right into the strength of the Willamette defense (DB's).  I'm expecting L&C to play hard for the whole game but Willamette has too much firepower for the Pio defense to contain.  Look for lopsided score in this one.

Two points: 1) I'm not sure yet if PLU is better than Willamette. I think next Saturday will be a pretty even match-up, and we face a stiff challenge tomorrow.  2) I think 11 has this one called better than Pat.  L&C will likely put up some points....but look for Willamette to score a bunch.  Maybe something like 52-28?

I got a chance to meet Coach Darryl Agpalsa last night. He's a very impressive guy and I am hearing he is having a great impact at UW-W. He seems like a great guy and a great coach.

bleedpurple: Yes, Coach Darryl is a great guy. I had the pleasure and fun of meeting him when our son played for Linfield. One time at Menlo the golf cart he was riding in took off by itself while coach was talking to my son and I. I ran after it and jumped into the drivers seat and drove it back to where they were standing. It was hilarious! :D

I gave you plus k  ;)

Great story! The next time I see him, I will tell him the word is out and he's not allowed near any golf carts while on campus!

Thanks for the +K and back at ya.
Funny thing bleedpurple; I got to watch UWW vs. Stout last Saturday on ESPN. I caught a glimpse of Coach Darryl on the sideline.  :)
Go Cats! Make it 62 in '17!

How many of you would sit on a bus for 700 miles just to get the chance to play one more game?  I believe it was La Verne that drove to Linfield a few years back to get stomped.  Looking back, I am sure those guys would do it again in a heartbeat.

Grambling should have to forfeit the game. There is no excuse for players to react this way. >:(

The conference will declare a forfeit and fine the school.
Jackson State can sue for lost costs and revenue.

I bet they could find enough students on campus that would play!!!

D O.C.

Not watching Grambling.
Please explain.
