And still the West was overloaded.

Get a look at the "New Look' yet?  I will find Message Boards without anyone's help, thank-you very much.
D.O.C., you're smarter than I am.   It took me 3 log-ons and 20+ minutes to find the message boards.    Why a webmaster would hide the most popular part of this whole website is beyond me.

GT

Repeating what I said earlier: Team pages and scoreboard pages are the most popular part of this whole website.

There are three places to find the D3boards link on the front page. I also provided readers a guide to find them. One of them hasn't even changed! All of the menus are in the same spot.

Do you guys ever look through the menus on the front page of the sites and see what's there? You might find there's a lot of content you're missing, from the looks of it.

....same thing happened to me again this morning....I click on the header (such as Network or Teams) and nothing happens. Then I try another and it may or may not bring down the menu. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Have just have to keep trying until it works.

I don't think it's that random, Blue.  I'm at a desktop now and see what's going on.  The SCORES and TOP 25 are actual links.  All the other headings drop down a menu...but the actual word isn't a link.  Pat, those drop down menus might not be showing in some less traditional browsers (Safari, Andriod phones, etc).  Not complaining - just think you'd want to know.

Pat Coleman

Yeah. When he says the Teams menu is an issue, though, that is definitely a dropdown, so I've reported it in to Presto. I don't have a Mac to confirm with -- I'm a Windows/Android guy.

See above, I'm thinking those are aren't working in all browsers.

I think we might be saying the same thing.  Check on your phone if you are an Android guy.  Are the drop down menus showing? On mine the two direct links (Scores and Top 25) work...but the others don't because no menu appears.

Blue, try again.  Is there a pattern of those two working and the others not?

Pat Coleman

Yes, when I tap on the menu header I get the dropdown with the menu entries, using Chrome on my phone.

I don't think the people who are complaining about not being able to find the message board are generally those who would surf the site from a mobile phone, though.

If someone using Safari could confirm that menus such as News, Teams, specifically do not function consistently for them, that would be great. Scores and Top 25 were not menus on the old site, however, and continue to not be so. :)

I use the stock browser on a Samsung GIII. No dropdown menus. Again, just FYI, not complaining.

Probably true. I'm just 'seconding' Blue's experience in case that's something that could be useful/addressed.

On my work PC, large portions of the drop down menus were hidden behind a picture (etc.) until I clicked on the 'compatability view'. Browser is IE9.

On the Desktop site on Safari/iPhone not having any issues with the Teams, News, etc. drop downs.  Only thing of note is when you go into a page, let's say you choose Teams then go into a region West, if you hit the back button to go back to the main D3Football page, the drop down menu for Teams remains open.  I'm assuming that's an Safari/iPhone thing because it doesn't occur when using a browser on a pc.

I'm at work now and tried both FireFox and Safari... they both work fine now here on my Mac Desktop. Maybe I need to update my home Safari or reboot or something. No problems at all here at work.

Pat Coleman

I don't think you were seeing things. I checked with another Safari user and got a similar report, that it was intermittent. I filed a support ticket on it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention last night so I could follow up and get it moving early today.
