Anyone have any useful intel on Pacific Lutheran?

Quite a few starters return, especially on offense.  Guys are working hard, excited to be back together, giving it their best shot.   8-)

...is that some kind of code that the SI person didn't submit anything?  ::)

Longtime Kickoff readers know we do not depend on sports information staff to send stuff. We hire writers to call all 244 coaches and pick their brains for material. Some do a better job than others.

Just call them yourself!

I suspect you're joking but if not, it would be logistically impossible to schedule a phone call with all 244 myself, especially since I go to work and sit in a cube every day so I can pay my mortgage. :) In any given Kickoff cycle I've generally spoken to anywhere from one to two dozen coaches and this year I have had 19 coach conversations.

Publisher. Questions? Check our FAQ for D3f, D3h.

Just joking Pat  :) You know me better than I know myself :D. I've spoken with 2 head coaches. I've removed the post ;D

Where is Desert Cat and GHC? Will they be with us before the start of season? Board is not the same without 'em :(

I'm beginning to get excited. I realize that is because the first two games are in my backyard.
M Cat, you going to be able to make them. CalCat?
If anyone cares, I will be at both.

We just assume you'll be there :)  It's only what 7 hours of driving each way for 2 consecutive weekends, right? :)
Go Cats!

I've booked my plane ticket and will be coming down to watch Linfield @ PLU on Oct. 4th.  Any of you cat fans going to make the trip up?  Or D-Train?

Only about 5.5 to 6 hours each way. Maybe even a little less with early morning on weekend.;D  And I'll be seeing two games each weekend. :)

speedy...that's great you finally fly south even if it's not for the winter. Sorry I can't meet you. You see, I have to save for homecoming and ah,hem, playoff games. 8-)
desertcat can speak for himself but he follows NASCAR around the country until football begins.

cawdad...you've let it be known you'll be clicking several games, and, yes, we do care. Have you finished paying for college yet?

~90% yes for the Oct 4th showdown. Speedy, where did you play home games in the early to mid-80's: FP, Lincoln, or...? That was just before Sparks, right?

This sounds like a ploy to get us to buy kickoff....o.k. I'll do it tonight.
