I'll second the Miller's suggestion.  It's my favorite BBQ joint in Belton.  There's also Schoepf's nearby.

Of course, if you're staying in the area for a few days I highly recommend you go down to Austin.  They have some incredible BBQ and Steak houses.  Franklin, Salt Lick, Stubb's, County Line... man.  Now I'm hungry.

I'm headed to Belton. Hope to see many CatDome fans there. Was pullling for TLU so we could avenge that 52-8 drubbing we absorbed from them back in 1974 or so. That was a tough game to watch...especially after traveling so far to see it. But I'm excited to play UMHB.

Willamette's Dylan Jones was just named a Gagliardi Trophy semifinalist.  Which reminded me, I don't recall seeing a NWC all-conference team.  Maybe it was sidelined/delayed with the tragedy at Linfield...or maybe I just missed it?

I wish it was week 3 of the playoffs Walla Walla, that would mean we would be playing in the quarter finals, which is when UMHB vs Linfield should be playing - if not the semis or the finale.
