Nice Job!  Thank you.  Hoping to watch the game from back here in NYS.  Is the video stream out of Linfield typically of good quality?  Tough game for Cortland traveling across country to play 2nd ranked team.  I expect a game effort on the part of the Red Dragons.  If our OL is up to the task, we will put points on the board.  The question will be if our defense can give you a game.  We were up to the task vs Salisbury but they were one dimensional.  Linfield is not!

A few numbers to chew on, along with your Thanksgiving leftovers:

While this is the first-ever meeting between Linfield and Cortland State, the Wildcats have played 19 games against teams from east of the Mississippi River, going 11-8. In those games, Linfield is 8-2 at home, 3-5 on the road and 0-1 on a neutral field ... in those games, Linfield is 8-8 in national playoff games and 3-0 in regular season games ... Linfield's first game against a team from east of the Mississippi was in 1982, beating Westminster (Pa.) 37-9 in an NAIA Division II semifinal in McMinnville; the most recent was in 2014, a 20-14 loss at Wisconsin-Whitewater in an NCAA Division III semifinal ... Linfield played a game east of the Mississippi River before it played a team from east of the Mississippi River. In 1965, the Wildcats lost the NAIA Champion Bowl to St. John's (Minn.) 33-0 in Augusta, Ga. ...against teams from the Eastern Seaboard, Linfield has a record of 4-1, going 3-0 at home and 0-1 on the road, all in national playoff games.

Welcome to our guests from Cortland - I hope you enjoy our area as much as I enjoyed yours on several visits to Cooperstown. Good luck to both teams and safe travels to all.

If it is NCAA feed it will be.
Some of us have had trouble with wi-fi on a laptop when many people are on line watching.

Usually high up, field angles and replay.

Two hours waiting for a friend in urgent care I had time to read Triple Take.

Just kidding, Keith. It's just that you haven't been back in the Willamette Valley in a long time.

Cautiously optimistic for a Linfield "monkey stomp" tomorrow. This team may score more than any other we've face this year. Cortland "D" doesn't appear to be up to the task of stopping us from scoring.

Props to Linfield.  Defense is awesome!  The E8 has some pretty high powered offenses but haven't seen a defense that good all year.  I had posted earlier suggesting our OL would have to be up to the task.  No Match.  Our QB got crushed all day.  Glad we made it a little respectable even if it involved a coulpe late scores.  TV stream was good.  Radio guys; not so much.  Good luck vs MHB.

Thanks Clandfan!  I thought the defense was pretty much lights today (besides the late scores)...it's a tough combo with the secondary and pass rush.  It was a physical and clean game.  Cortland State represented the E8 well today.

A familiar foe enters the ring field.  Cru will be visiting the Catdome next week.  Here's to hoping for another fun, injury-free game!

So Linfield's Alex Hoff did this in today's game.  A hurdle and a sack...not too shabby.

Yes--let's make it just like the last 3 matchups between these two teams.    ;D
Go Cats!

THat was a fun game to watch..... Cortland was a quality team. Better than any in SCIAC or NWC. Pretty sure they are better than Albright.

When Hoff hurdled..... that was the loudest I've ever heard it at the Catdome.

Cortland was the best team the Cats have faced all year. Cant believe they had two losses.
