Ah yes, there's that terrible 13-17 shellacking at the hands of the eventual NWC champion again.
I forget, what happened in the playoffs after that?  I cannot find a link on the 'rat website.

I understand as you age, the internet gets harder to use and understand...but it's there. A win against OxyCollins and a loss to St. John's. It's not as if you are some stranger to that playoff ending scenario...

Ah, yes, Grasshopper, the clarity has returned.

Go Cats!

The new street festival atmosphere at the dome is going to be reminiscent of '72 Venita and the dead's sunshine daydream show. Or, at least it will be for me. I'm still going to tailgate though, this weekend calls for vegan sausages and magic brownies.
Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

I was went back and watched a good portion of GFU's game and they kept running the same couple of plays over and over again that I could start picking out the pattern...it was strange and then I realized who was calling the plays.  GFU's offensive is Tully Ball 2.0!!!

It must be that exciting offensive play calling that packs so many butts into the seats at George Fox....
Go Cats!

"Having a football team" is what packed my butt, and many other butts, into the seats in 2014. The novelty has pretty much worn off, so the consistent improvement since then is what has kept them there.
Go Bruins!

Cats win Saturday. Just one old turds prediction. PS I wouldn't consider it an upset. Grambling beating the Tide is an upset. Be Safe.

D O.C.

Have faith, gren, remember we got shocked the 1st quarter in 2009 and then grabbed the steering wheel to get control. THAT was a fun home game.

Wildcat'64

I feel the Cru will be favored over the Cats on Saturday in the eyes of the pollsters.....however, my call is whichever team comes ready to play on Saturday and does so without turnovers and mistakes will be victorious.  Both teams have good potential after watching both games this past Saturday.  Home field advantage is always a plus but the real question is which team wants the victory the most on game day.  I tend to believe in my Cats who have proven themselves dozens of times over the years.  Go Cats...
LEAVE NO DOUBT

Obviously UMHB is favored, what with them being ranked #1 and being the defending champs. And they kicked our butts twice last year. I'm hoping that their youngsters cannot recover from blown minds after realizing there are Dairy Queen's in Oregon.

We must pressure the raw qb. We must create a turnover or 4. We must get offensive line play that inspires. Wilder needs to be a factor.

It's going to be fun, like always. I can't wait to hug you all.

Ick. Any talk about George Fox football is too much talk. Losers.

For me biggest key will be to contain Josey don't let him run like Jackson did. Make Josey try and beat you with his arm. With regards to offense...well I'm just happy Baylor Mullins graduated!

If we can establish run like last week (l know that's not easy this week) l bet our passing game will do better....if not then we just will have to get Wild and go for it.
