And let's not forget the NCAA loves to boast the student-athlete.

Glad to see you're still around. Wore my Linfield sweatshirt yesterday. Got a few funny looks.
Say hi to Mrs. CoCo.
Malama pono and aloha!
I'm old! I get mixed up and I forget things! Go Everybody! 🏈 ☠

Same to you, buddy. Haven't been on here much this season, but wanted to check in for the playoffs. Nice to see that you remember your Hawaiian. Aloha to Gretchen.

i think it will be HSU.  Also—the true regions haven't existed for years and they shouldn't because the competitive balance would be off if they did that.... the best we can hope for, in my opinion, is a bracket that doesn't send us to Belton in round 2 if we are fortunate enough to win our first round game.

This year is different than most of the last 10+ years.    The West Region is not loaded with 5 or 6 undefeated teams.    This is a year LC should be with the teams from the upper Midwest, not the South.    We are no worse than #4 ranked in the West Region.    To send us to the South is just not right.

But, you easily could be right; NCAA has made many strange placements. especially for us Wildcats.    I am expecting another not so kind placement.

The "Westish" might not have 5-6 undefeated teams - but it is still loaded.

UW-O, STU, SJU, Wartburg & Linfield would still be insane if all placed in the same Region.

And yet that still might be better than saying "hi again" to all the Texans at the CRUthedral early in the playoffs.

It's going to be tough regardless. Just hoping we at least get the first game at home. Best case Chapman, but I would think more likely HS.

Hi coco!
A packed student section behind an end zone cheering on guys they will actually see in class on Monday is almost as cool as The Streak.

as expected----HSU to Linfield---if we win--to Belton (unless Chapman pulls of a shocker)
Go Cats!

it is what was expected---hosed?  Nah--not this year----we're a few plays going the other way from sitting home completely---

Chapman doesn't have the defense to play with UMHB. No SCIAC teams do, so it's a a quick death. Tough road for Linfield just like last year, but at least you get a home game to start this year. A rematch with UMHB will be must watch if you can get by Hardin-Simmons.

I was trying to be nice---I mean, Redlands pulled off a shocker for about a half of a game last year.

#5 HSU, #1 UMHB & then likely#4 St. Thomas just to get out of the Region.

At least UMU & UW-O are on the other side of the bracket, I guess.

Bring it.

I hear you. Redlands defense last year was pretty good, much better than Chapman will bring to play next Saturday.

Geography again dictates the toughest road, no surprises here.

If we can be sent to Wesley, I'm serious that I would trade places with Illinois Wesleyan.
