Yup...this team is hitting their stride.

What was amazing is that Linfield was down both starting corners today and Farlow went out early in the first and we still whipped em.  Their coaches had their towel out again trying to block offensive signals.  I hate to break it to the HSU staff but it's not picking signals but preparation by Linfield's staff that have locked up that offense two years in a row.

Ah my record is still 100% I just thought before the game with HSU that the Cats were just more cohesive as a team, and that played out. And here we are, once again, we gotta stop meeting like this!

Nice W today boys.  HSU has athletes, but our D was as Salty as they come at the Catdome.  Big props go out to our O Line, they really got their business done so much that I swear I say Wyatt eating a Ham and Cheese Sandwich while checking down his options.
After watching our Cats the last two weeks in person I think we will have a little something for the Belton boys..
Phone it in, Its in the bank, Cats move on !!

Tremendous effort! A+ wow!

Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

What a great Wildcat victory today with a very impressive win when we were underdogs.  I could not believe how well Wyatt Smith was protected on most every play. They never pressured him.  Their QB had intense pressure on most every play as the linebackers were all over him.  Wyatt Smith is going to have a great Linfield career.

Now next week vs UMHB is the monster week.  Have we ever seen a #8 take down a #1, not as far back as I can see. The offense is really coming alive and the defense is a salty as ever.  I'd love to see us pull off upset #2 next week. Go Wildcats.

Congrats Linfield!

This St Thomas fan will be cheering hard for you next week from Oregon (Thanksgiving with family), in hopes that you will knock off UMHB and I can watch you against my Tommies in St Paul the following week.

DFWCrufan...you are 100% right again.

The NCAA has to let us begin meeting in the Stagg Bowl - even if it is in Texas.

YES!!!!!!!!

Some great upperclassmen leadership along w/ a number of FR that don't know or care that they are FR totally ballin' out!

Way to go, 'Cats! That was the #5 team in the country we just smoked.

I remember your post, and you were spot on w/ your analysis of the two teams and your prediction.

It blows that we have to meet this early yet again, but it is always exciting to play against the 'Cru!

Well, back in 2014 (in the 2nd round - same as we're approaching now) a certain big underdog squad from McMinnville ranked #10 went down to Belton, TX and took it to #2 ranked UMHB. So, that's pretty close.

Let's hope that same certain underdog can once again come back victorious in the 2nd round against a top ranked team from Belton!
