Was able to watch the game while watching WSU vs ASU in person in Tempe.  Darn Cougs...

Seemed that there was good chemistry with the long ball vs UPS... have zero idea why UPS stacked so many guys in the box to stop the run while leaving their DBs on islands.  Really an odd decision by the DC for UPS.  I'd beg us to run if I was coordinating against us. 

Have liked Wyatt's mobility this season and hope that continues.  Personally I am not a fan of the long pass as it is very difficult to complete as compared to short/intermediate passes.  Would like to see a lot of check downs being thrown in most cases.

Need to tighten up the penalties as having 10 is simply too many especially offside on the o/d lines. 

Ever since the loss to Redlands we are in playoff mode as only the AQ is going to get a bid from the NWC in 2019.  Two good all around performances against greatly outmatched teams.  Another one coming up this Saturday. I just hope Willamette doesn't drop their program which I can see them deciding to do.

Wasn't sure about the black jerseys but if the players liked them and they help with recruiting that works for me.

Nah - their roster numbers are in decent shape. I can't see that happening.

There has been absolutely no talk about Willamette dropping football.  None.

Having said that, if we ever want to be anything but an NWC doormat, I think the university needs to radically reassess its institutional commitment to football--particularly the level of support and help the program is getting from admissions and financial aid--because what's been going on the last three (really five) years just isn't sustainable.

387 yards passing... or something like that
8 TD passes ... breaks school record held by his coach Brett Elliott. (Talk about a side story)
5 different receivers
23-29 with no interceptions
Colton snaged 3 and had 9 catches for 147 yards... what a combo!
