Is this what lute week has become ?  ??? :'(

Well, I'm not sure we'll be bringing what we use to in this week's game.

A couple years ago we went up there as a heavy favorite and barely won.... you never know what the "Tricksters" have up their sleeves!

Andy Jamison - Walla Walla Wildcat

The loss to Redlands definitely added a sense of urgency to every game for the Cats.  There will be no 2 loss team coming out of the NWC for the playoffs... it is win or go home...

Hmmm...
LINFIELD COLLEGE
Willamette University
George Fox University
Pacific University
Pacific Lutheran University
Whitworth University
University of Puget Sound
Lewis and Clark University
What's the outlier here?

Ummm ... it's still Lewis & Clark College ...

on their website they just call themselves "Lewis and Clark".   But dens is obviously referring to Linfield considering becoming a university

What exactly is the difference between a University and a College. Just a name change?

And yep, that's the best I got for Cat week.

There is a lot of grey area. But typically universities have a wider overall scope and graduate programs - with colleges primarily awarding associates and bachelors degrees. Whitworth changed their name somewhat recently. In this case I think Linfield is wondering whether they've outgrown the colllege tag. They don't need to add any programs to do so - and wearing a Belushi Animal House sweatshirt would still be appropriate.
