WC11, another awesome intro video.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

With the new giant video board it's about time we get some high rez cameras, otherwise the new board will show how weak our existing cameras are.

Linfield did upgrade all of the equipment.  The first even with the new board was the Les Schwab Bowl.  They only ran the top camera during the game with no replays, etc

Keith makes that distinction at times too and I can't really see the difference. What am I missing?

If you look at the "NFL" as National Football 'LEAGUE', which consist of all the teams within DIII as oppose to "AFC" and "NFC" being 'American Football Conference' and 'National Football Conference', which only contain those certain teams within those conferences. As in this case, Linfield plays in the Northwest "Conference". Also, sometimes leagues refer to relegation system where teams based on performance move up and down...

Is D-III the league or is the NCAA the league in this scenario? I happen to think it's a distinction without a difference, and the Liberty League and the University Athletic Association certainly seem to think so as well.

Since we're the Northwest Conference, the proper terms to use when talking about games within our group is conference, not league.  To me, the term league has two meaning; you're either talking about the NFL, and if you're not talking about the NFL, then you're talking about high school leagues.

But your perspective is more macro since you cover all D3 so I can see why those terms are more interchangeable to you.  But I'm with Keith, 100% :)

So Simon Fraser a non-league game. Got it.  :)

That game is preseason too, so doesn't really count.   8-)
