Sorry Guys, I had to post to get off that ??? number!

Big day ahead, didn't need any negatives hovering over my head!

News Flash!
I realize this is not American Football, But the rest of the world calls it Football. Plus, he is a Wildcat!  :)

Tuxguy jr. is the New Head Soccer Coach at Y-C High School!
Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

Major congratulations and +karma on Tuxguy Jr.s coaching job.  That is terrific!
"Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!"  Dennis Miller

"Three things you don't want to be in football, slow, small and friendly!"  John Madden

"You can learn more character on the two-yard line than anywhere else in
life." Paul Dietzel / LSU

Tux,

Congrats to you and your son.....just make certain he doesn't schedule any soccer games that conflict with the Cats.  Here's a little karma for you!
LEAVE NO DOUBT

Tuxguy

Thanks everyone!

I am very proud of him and know he  will do a great job!
I wasn't sure what I was going to do with all my free time now that he is done playing.
I will now begin the next stage and watch as he teaches and guides these boys into becoming better Soccer players and young men! Go Tigers!

                                         GO WILDCATS

That's great news, Tuxguy!
It's good that he's in the area so you and Mrs. Tuxguy won't have to travel far to go to the games, too.

Are you bringing up the free pizza just to taunt Beancounter?

coco,

Home games will be no problem. But the Cawapa league includes:
Astoria
Banks
Scappose
Seaside
Tillamook
Yamhill-Carlton
Not exactly short trips! Welcome to the new Oregon 6 class system.

By the way, you caught that "A".  Beancounter does enough.  I Thought we could just have the pep Band stop by the tailgate before the games? ;) ;)
Then again, Maybe Not! ;D

Great work again 11.  I especially enjoyed all the big hits at Sparks.  That 2000 game was unbelievable.  I remember #4 destroying Lutes all day long.

11 continues to amaze...The 2000 plu game is one of my favorite Linfield games of recent years. It was really the beginning of the "new" era of Linfield football which we are currently enjoying.
Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

Congrats! Your son will do a fine job at YC. + karma for you

I was thinking the cheerleaders as well as pep band could perform at the tailgater's and we could contribute $$ 8)

What do you guys think of the 'cats wearing all purple again for a game. I think the WOU game would be nice.

coco

Tuxguy,

Astoria and Scappoose? Those will be a little jaunt! Geez..... Were Baker City and Lakeview busy?
The re-districting sucks for several leagues.

Swede,

I'm good with the all-purple.

I hated the all purple at first and then I saw some pictures that kelly put on the site and I liked it...

Coco-  You should know that B'counter works the stats for the 'Cats home games, and so is present for the pizza and pop at halftime!  I know, as I am there, too!

Tuxguy- congrats on TGJr's new job - I know he'll do well.

Nice clips again. When the opponents did make a play the 'cats made 'em pay.

coco

Wildcatter23,

I know that. I was just yanking his chain.

During my 4 year run on the stat crew, Kelly would often lament the fact that all of the "vultures" would begin to appear around the press box area a few minutes before half time.  ;D Not as mad as he would get when the pizza was late though!!!
