Good luck to the 'Cats on the big road trip . . . the Oxy community is pulling for you!

Go 'Cats, beat the TRINITY (not Oxy) Tigers   ;)

cheers,

Tuxguy

tooth,
The Cats play the  Cowboys!

From the sound of things, and looking on paper,

this should be a great battle of 2.....D3 Football powerhouses.
Both Colleges have strong Football traditions.

I wish I could be in Texas to watch them play, but in
just over 24hrs  we will see ( or as in my case, listen) who prevails!

Go gettem Cats!

Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

That's not what I meant, by any stretch, Fa Natic.

Err, okaaay... but my post was merely offered, for those who might be interested, to show the relative h/w of the UW line and the Cats' line. It wasn't intended as comment on what you'd meant.

{Clever sign-off goes here.}

That's cool.  Just trying to make sure that there was no question what I meant.  Sometimes, folks get touchy over the slightest thing--and I didn't want to go down that road.

I, as do all the HSU fans I know, have a great deal of respect for the Linfield program and its accomplishments.  Here's looking forward to a great game tomorrow night!

Wait a sec.  What's this now about people on here getting touchy...?

Wait a second....I cant let tooh get away with trying to win over the Cats favor.  The Dawgs and all their fans, players, coaches, students , parents, cousins, nephews, nieces, grandparents, dead or alive, and anyone that lives within a 100 mile radius of Redlands wish the Cats good luck, (even tho I did predict they would lose by three, I am rooting for them).

Sabretooth Tiger

You see Dawg . . . Oxy wishes the 'Cats good luck so that they get another bid and the Tigers get a third shot (third time being the charm right?) at beating Linfield . . . Redlands fans wish them luck so that even though Redlands can't beat Oxy or get to the playoffs, they hope that their sister school can!   ;D ;D ;D

At any rate . . .

Cats over Cowboys
Dawgs over Trinity Tigers
Oxy Tigers over CC Tigers
Rats over Leopards
Kingsmen over Bearkitties

and that's the way it goes . . .  8)

Just arrived in Abilene.  Getting some Texas BBQ for dinner. Can't wait for tomorrow night.

RedandPurple,

Cheer the boys on to VICTORY for those of us not so lucky to be in Texas with you!
I think I'll BBQ tomorrow
Enjoy the game!

Last post before the game.  Let's go 'Cats, play some ball and once again show those Texas boys how we play ball in the Northwest!! ;D
To all the fans, travel safe and make enough noise for those of us that can't make it.  I'll be listening intently.
There's nothing like being a wildcat.  Some say they understand, but until you've lived it, you have no idea.

Yes sir... I'll be wearing the red and purple tomorrow and cheering on the good guys.
Nice picture of Travis on the D3 homepage. Hope he does it again against the cowboys.

My Knights (the school where I teach) were upended last week. So I'm off to see them rebound and then have the Cats get back in the W column tomorrow. Safe travels to all those headed to Texas.

'Cats Fa Natic

Just noticed an error on Linfield's football schedule page that might have caused some real grief... The Linfield site says the game tomorrow starts at 6:00 p.m., but it's actually starting at 4:00 p.m. The Listen Live page has it right.

Thought I'd pass that on in case anyone else was operating under the assumption it didn't start 'til 6:00.
