Alrighty, just over 30 hours till the Catdome get rockin with the sound of falling Oaks.  It seems there should be something about "if an Oak falls in the Catdome but everybody's cheering, does it make a sound?..."   I'm sure you guys can come up with a better one.  Still can't wait for this game (and everygame).  Talk to the rest of the cybercats tomorrow!

Hmm...I didn't catch that quote by Lee in my first read through. I wonder if the TNT took him out of context, or misconstrued his words. While it was a game "dominated" by the Loggers, I hate to see quotes like that. Doesn't make anyone happy, really, because someone will probably use that, out of context, as a bulletin board item next year. How about "we beat them pretty soundly, now lets move on..."

Anyway, if the game gets played (with 2 ft of snow -  "Blizzard Bowl 06") at CC, UPS pulls out the victory because of the run. 28-7.

Hope the Cat's beat the Oaks....never have liked Menlo.

PLU 42    LC 21:  I don't know why I bothered putting thought into this one, but I wish LC the best of luck.

UPS 28   CC 24:  I think CC is much improved from the team last year who struggled against LC, but not imporved enough to beat the NWC heavyweight that is UPS.  Why 28 for UPS???  Because thats the most points you can score against a decent opponent when you run the ball every play.

Lin 38   Men 13:  woo-hoo linfield wins again

Pirates 38   Will 10:  Whitworth's D continues to "dominate" and the offense finally puts up the points they are capable of...and just in time for the playoff killing bearkittens.  The Pirates erase the last two years from their memory and continue to roll against yet another team with a losing record.

I think a few of you are exaggerating Colorado College's "Return to Respectability." They have won 3 games this season, but let's look who they've beaten: Lewis & Clark, Macalester, and Pomona. They have a combined 2 wins among the three of them. Let's not forget that UPS has beaten CC the past two years 52-10 and 38-7 and outgained them by an average yardage of 550-225. Even though CC may be improved over the past two years, UPS has improved as well. No way this one is close.
