tuxguy, Nice post on the 'Cat coaching staff over the years.

Hey, I think you're reading last week's Around the Nation - Keith was in Texas for the UW-Whitewater/UMHB game. I doubt he'd go there for two straight games. Plus, I don't think this week's ATN is up yet.

A link to the review of this week's 'Cats/'Rats game: Battle for the NWC championship

And for our friend Olinemom, a quote from Coach Smith on Saturday's game vs. Menlo: "I was pleased with our offensive line – they played probably their best game of the year. We had more emphasis on the running game and we made a commitment to go to Drew Ragan (Jr., Bellevue, Wash.) more often. That took a lot of pressure off the quarterback and receivers."

Thanks, Foss, I enjoy hearing Coach Smith saying nice things about a great group of OLiners!! Kudos to them.  As everyone who understands football knows, there is NO offense without the OLine doing their job.  They have improved so much this season.  But, guys, it's not over until it's over!! ( an old baseball saying  ;D ;D)  Keep up the good work.  Keep playing as a unit.  We want a RAT skinning.  One game at a time!!  I do believe, go for it all!!  Much good luck to Sean!!  I need to make you all some brownies soon!!
My prediction for Saturday, Cats  31  Rats 13.
Brownies for Film Day--Now there's a Slogan I can live with!!!:)  Go EAGLES!

Tuxguy,
Mrs. Tuxguy did introduce herself...nice lady.

Looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy chains from Les...no way am I taking even the slightest chance of being stuck on the wrong side of the mountain come kickoff time.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

criswyly

Olinemom,
Did you get the pic of me wearing one of your custom bracelets....?
Thanks....Now my son Rock wants to wear it.

Swede,

The Rats have NEVER won a game at the Catdome! Correct? No need to end that tradition. Besides, the loss probably would knock us out of the playoff picture. This game is a crucial one.

Criswyly, I don't think Mrs. C. has downloaded the pictures she took Saturday yet.
Two words:  THE STREAK

criswyly, I'm disapoineted I don't get to meet you on your trip. I'm happy for you getting to see a couple of Cat games. I head up to Mac Nov. 10. Gaze out at the Three Sisters for me, if the clouds lift. I've spent some time at the top of South and Middle.

So for those of you who won't get the privelage of witnessing the Cats getting SPADE this weekend, feel free to watch them cut down the loggers the following weekend at the pine bowl...all from the comfort of your own home.

I assume you mean "spayed" unless your boys are coming to play cards this weekend. Now what were those comments of yours about the level of education here at Linfield...?
{Clever sign-off goes here.}

Dee,
Did you see the post I made last week about running into an old teammate of yours ?  What a crack up.  He had dirt on you my man !!!

Fa Natic  ++ Karma to ya from me.  59 (50+9) Lets see, on one hand he gets in your grill and then comes back by saying that he hopes that I don't take this serious ??  I even dropped some of my A material about my single wide and Springer on him thinking that would connect being on his level and all.

Go figure

No, I was traveling all last week and didn't really check the board. But I've just gone back and found your post. I know exact who you ran into...and I'm sure you two had some good laughs. I'll have to give him a call and get some dirt on you now.

Cris- Well, we will both in Mac this weekend. The meeting in the STL has not worked, but I will hopefully see this weekend.

GHC- I am ready for a longie. Or 12.

I am glad to see some rat posters on here, it makes the board more lively. I am not counting on tons of rat supporters at the dome though. But if that one special supporter *Aaron Biglin* shows up then that would seem like a RAT army.

I am bringing good championship karma from St Louis. Maybe Joel Clark will take after the Tiger pitching staff and start throwing the ball everywhere accpet on target. Come to think of it, he has had trouble locating this season....
Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

Oh yeah, Hatchetman...even though I'm glad UPS won only for the sake of Whitworth's strength of schedule, not because I actually like the Loggers...I TOLD YOU SO.  I mean hey, I got one score almost exact for I once, I gotta do a little bragging while I still can.

Heh, yeah, was a bit closer than it should have been. Worst Rush D day of the year, I think. Well, just gotta move on and look at the next one.

GH CAT  -    I think Mrs Snapper and I are coming over to the game, what time do the pre game festivities start up.  Come to think of it Ive always been at the stadium to early to see it.  Is the wild longie crew down by the Library?  Anyways hope to see all the Cat and Rat fans this weekend for a early November rat roasting.
