Wildcat11,
Nice Youtube clip!
We're looking forward to March and the rest of your work.

Rat(509) ...do you think these new studs you're getting can get you more than 85 yards when they play Linfield this year? and complete more than 2 passes? Well, I guess your goal could be 87 yards and 3 complete passes.  :o

Bitter, party of 2, Bitter ...

Pat...Linfield has been the underdog for the last 10 years. I always thought you were for the little guy and not the big bullies like MUC and SJU!  ???

whoops...sorry...now I get it, (Bitter, party of 2, Bitter) ... they need 2 more yards...! OK they can maybe get 89 yards total  ;D

Pat Coleman

Nah, I'm just tired of people who can't stand a loss and have to whine about it months later.

Pat...I'll double check the stats again.... :o

.....Crown.... :-*

Pat,

Show me someone who supports a program who can "stand" a loss and I'll show you a losing program. "Support" them win or lose, but don't stand for it!

After 51 consecutive Winning seasons I would have to say the Wildcats (players, alums, and fans) are  not accustomed to Losing, and wont stand for it. I'm sure the team's not whining about the loss, (we are) they are( Coach's and Players) working on not letting it happen again.

Just my opinion of course, maybe others would like to voice an opinion.

Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

retrograde my men....
We're in it.

Pretty much missing on d3 all-region and all-american teams, and every other site, as well as not getting into the playoffs when we 'had a chance.'
Done.
Future looks good.
OK.

If there were a wish list it would be to get a full schedule of division 3 teams within this generation of players (3years). Our move to III is not really complete with the system set the way it is.
There would be less speculation and "what if's" were we to get in line with other way back east conferences.

Oh, and a full 10 game JV schedule wouldn't hurt.  8)

Myself....I didn't think there was anything wrong in what Bluenote said.  (509) is more than capable in answering back.  Pretty sure the topic would have died if Blue's answer to (509) was left alone.

Wildcat'64

Just read in the Alumni E Newsletter that the December wind storm brought some damage to the scoccer stadium.  How did the Catdome fare?

Any word on any new recruits enrolling for the Winter term?

Well, it was January when Wildcat11 made the announcement 2 years ago that was beyond a pleasant surprise. He wasn't really a recruit but......

shane falco

Nice fumble recovery by Allan on that punt.

I think he was long snapping for the punt team.

Maybe long snapping is his ticket to make a roster, along with being a big bodied TE that can move pretty well, he looked pretty fast out there. :o

I don't know why you would think that since this is Blownote's third or fourth time grinding this particular ax.

That's just how old Blue rolls. He beats the hell out of a dead horse and then he moves on. When was the last time he mentioned SJU playing Crown/Clown in 2003? It used to be a daily occurrance.

Much like the old lonely drunk guy sitting at the end of the bar, if you let him drink himself into a nap, he won't harm anyone. However if you keep bringing up why what he said was wrong or keep poking him, he's gonna keep yelling.

So here's what ya do: Buy the old bugger a beer, have the bartender take it to him and hope that's the beer that knocks him off his barstool. In the meantime, you ignore him or don't respond to him if you don't like what he has to say. Eventually he'll get bored and go practice his saxomophone or something.

Personally, I like the guy. While he does occasionally beat dead horses well beyond the clutches of rigor mortis, he has some funny stuff to say every now and again and he's fun to banter back and forth with.

BTW, it's Bluenote, not Blownote.... oh nevermind Pat make funny. KR not catch sneaky Pat's funny because KR up all night listening to cars slide into each other outside on freshly fallen snow. KR remembers for the 1,457th time why he doesn't like living inside city limits. *

*3rd person rambling brought to you by the Liberty League, Hamm's, and the weatherman who said 1-2inches this weekend max. (currently 5 and still falling).

KR...was that in 2003 that SJU was almost upset by Crown?...jeez seems like just yesterday! I'd love to get a tape of that (for educational purposes only), I'm sure you must have it in your collection or maybe it's on YouTube by now.  :-* Anyway...cheers to you too, I'd be glad to buy you a beer next time we meet up and could you post that photo of you flying through the air upside down with your kilt on.. they were requesting it at the Elks Club to put up in the guest photo section next to Johnnie Red flipping a horse meat burger... hopefully Linfield and SJU will finally meet again...

Pat....nice touch there bringing up your/my old days of trombone playing calling me Blownote....I just got out my trombone yesterday and emptied the spit valve in your honor!  ;D
