The Rheine Fire placed QB Brian Wrobel on the practice squad and waived QB John Bowenkamp leaving Cody Pickett and Elliott on the team. :)

For your info you can catch Casey,  Brandon and the rest of the Burn live on the internet April 13th when they visit Quad City. It will cost $6.00.

Very well done indeed, we are very fortunate to have #11. Will you be taking in the Boise game against Everett June 9?  I'm hoping to be there if I can find a way to coax Mrs. Swede, the 9th is her birthday and she's not keen on the idea.

D.O.C. are karma was stuck on 109 so I bumped you up a notch.

TDT, now you know there was no video in 1965.

But tell me, is it true that cab drivers in Minneapolis now have a red light  they turn on when they do not want to pick up anyone from St. Johns? Or is it just the karma king? 8)

I would be willing to bet the Willamette game is going to be in Salem. They had Willamette at home this past season. I find it odd that if the Willamette game is correct, Menlo will have 6 home and 4 road games for two years in a row.

We need to pick up another game or 2 somewhere. Any Ideas?

The Wisconsin Schools have been willing to play NWC teams, and we did the Stevens Point gig, How about another School?  Stout? Lax? Cheese head U? Is it the Money? 8 games just doesn't cut it, So what can we do?  ???

It's the off season, looking for some food for thought.   ;D
Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

Tux,
8 games??? Did someone drop off the schedule?  I thought we had a nine game schedule for next year.

If we need a Wisconsin team, I think most any of the schools would be good to schedule as that conference seems to be competitive.  However, personally I would like another shot or two at Wisconsin Whitewater.  If we're going to travel to Wisconsin, why not Ohio.....Purple vs. Purple....we've been waiting a long time to get a shot at Mt. Union!

cawcdad-
I'm willing to bet that just like many high school leagues the schedule dates/locations are reset every couple of years.  Whitworth has played at PLU the last two years.  I would be also willing to bet that with 7 teams in the conference now, every year a couple teams will be playing at the same location as they had the year before.  I also thought I had heard something earlier that Menlo would also be given an extra home game in the NWC because of travel expenses for their school...but maybe I'm just making that memory up.

Tuxguy-
If you are going to go play stout, make sure you watch out for the hypodermic needles strewn about the field and locker rooms...it wasn't the cheese and milk that was making those boys so big ;D

Thanks rat, makes sense.

My mistake, You are correct ,9 games next year.
10 would be nice though. I'm sure money has something to do with it.

rat, thanks for the heads up.

That's a pretty serious allegation to just float out there so casually.

DTrain is the man, and he is correct. When I went to wisconsin I saw no signs of steroids, but a lot of signs of curd.
Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

Maybe (509) was making reference to Stout players getting busted for 'roids.  Wisconsin college to begin drug testing after steroid bust
