Would be nice to get a score before the half--Cats driving!

0-0?  I like Whitworth's chances

Either way--Cats gonna have to play a better second half than they have all year.

Lever Street

You can't get to CatDome without seeing Lever Street.   Go Linfield!

Cat's D is looking as good as Whitworth's did against the Lutes.
Offense has made too many mistakes---including the interception they just threw in the Lute endzone.....  3rd drive killing mistake.

FYI and FWIW:
UMHB leads previously once beaten Mississippi College 62-17 in the 3rd quarter. It sets up a big showdown next week against Whitewater.

Half time:  Cats 0 Lutes 0:
First Half Summary:  Cats D has really stuffed the Lute offense for losses or short gainers  on all but about 5 plays.  Cats have had scoring chances taken away by key penalities on 3rd down plays that went for long yardage only to be calle back AND the dreaded turnovers again.  Take away those mistakes and the Cats would be up 14-0 at least.  But, then again, hindsight is 20 20 and all.

MCat,
What has PLU's offensive playcalling looked like.  Have they tried to establish the run or attempted to simply throw the ball all over the field?  And have they been in that tackle eligible formation(tight end lines up as the tackle and the tackle lines up in the tigh ends position and is ineligible) where they run reed in motion or have they been running out of their singleback/shotgun formations?

MonroviaCat

509-  They have been running a little of everything including a option play or two.  They have only had luck on a few runs and shovel pass.  Passing game has been very ineffective--not sure how the stats ended but for most of the first half they had negative yards passing (lots of stuffed screen/shovel passes and some other poor decisions by recievers lead to loss of yardage).

For some strange reason my Quick Time is showing me an "error" every time I try to open it.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

UPS: 55  Lewis and Clark:  17 (10:03 left in third quarter)

(Lewis and Clark Broadcast is very boring and they don't like to tell you the score very often <but I guess I wouldn't if I were them>)
