That must hurt RFB. I don't see how you can even talk after all the beating.

PPJ, it wasn't their vocal cords that took the beating...just their pride.  I don't know what's worse, 0'fer against Linfield or losing to Lewis and Clark in the last 15 years...

OK....say Redlands and LINFIELD run the table in '08. The committee would probably have them play each other. Who gets the home game using Strength of Schedule?

coco

I can't picture us EVER being on the wrong end of an SOS decision in the first few rounds.

GHC, Mrs. C asked me to tell you thank you, and to pass on her best to you and that nice woman you live with.

snoop dawg

Wouldn't the strength of schedule be based upon the performance of the teams on the schedule for 2008?   I would think any any discussion of strength of schedule at this time would be based upon speculation and opinion.

For those of you in Wildcat country, Mr. and Mrs. PPJ will be at some home games. Can't wait for the tailgate partys. Hope I don't miss the Clam Chowder Fest. Life will be good. I might even take the flight to Texas. We will see how theings work out.

RFB.
Thanks for the thought. Simon is working hard, and he can't wait to get back at it. But I hope we play OXY this year because my good freind from NORCAL has a son on OXY and he is going to be a Senior. Oline. Guard. Would be nice if him and simon played agianst each other.

Things turn out best for those who make the best of the way things turn out.

Can't see Redlands ever getting a nod in strength of schedule with playing the likes of the mighty Haskell Indians.

2-10 vs. NWC since 1999....

Your two wins vs. Whitworth were against QB's making their first collegiate starts...Scott Biglin in 2000, who went on to be a 2X NWC QB and Aztec Bowl QB.. and Kory Kemp, for whom the jury is still out on...

2-3 vs. Whitworth......

RFB..we should make a side bet for this years game.  I could go for a nice sixer of So Cali micro's....I would gladly reciprocate.

Of course, but then there was a snooze and a yawn preceding the postulation.

Hey WYD....has your band ever played Boogie Wonderland by Earth, Wind and Fire.....? I just learned that one on bass last night.

...and tonight I learned September.

Catdomealumni.com special!

Catdomealumni.com's blog ( ADvantage Catdome) has just started up a new player blog segment that we'll try to run at least once a month.

Linfield Linebacker, Jaymin Jackson was nice enough to share his thoughts about why he came to Linfield.  Player Blog: Jaymin Jackson "Why I came to Linfield"

As you will see on the link below D3football.com and Adam Johnson were on the cutting edge with their mustache reporting back in September.

Reading that makes me proud to be a Wildcat all over again!

Thanks, WC11. Now what are you going to do for Post 3000?

Au contraire, Monsieur, the Wildcat 11 was avant garde just so when he climbed all over the porn stache in the 2004 season.

Was it really that long ago?

WC 11,
Great job on the Jay blog.....look forward to other Cats blogs...great addition.

I think the Cat recruiters should send a tech message to every Oregon high school senior looking to play football in college.  Once the kids read Jay's blog they'll quickly 'File 13' all those recruiting letters from the Beavs, Ducks, Viks, Wolves, Raiders, Mounties and Bear Kitties.  His blog tells the story "in his own words" as to why the Linfield program is one of the finest in college football in the nation!

Good idea, '64. They could let him help write some of the propaganda they send out. For only a sophomore, he gets it -- the Linfield tradition.
