My God, 11. It's like Can You Top This! These interviews are incredible.
I don't know if I even had those deep, analytical thoughts at that age (I doubt it), but I certainly could not have expressed them so eloquently. Hell, I couldn't express them that well now, but it's how we all feel.

Except for that part about the gassers on the really hot days. I hated those.

WC11, you are second to none -- love your devotion to small college ball! Congrats on post #3000.  ;D
A pessimist is a man who feels that all women are bad. An optimist hopes so.

Proud Papa Joe

All mighty 11. You are the greatest. Glad I am around to enjoy this. Another great article. Those kids can let it all hang out and  They say how they fill. That is Linfield Football in a nut shell. When it comes time to perform they put everything on the table. Great Job.

Things turn out best for those who make the best of the way things turn out.

Let's break up the monotony talking about the same team.... it's early on the recruiting highway with NLI just a few days ago, but any NWC recruits on the horn?  I would like to hear more analysis about the NWC teams.  Who's coming back, deep analysis.....I'd like to hear from some other posters...

....ya Toivo70, I'd like to hear more about the other teams Linfield is going to crush this year.  :-*

D O.C.

Now you know that is highly unlikely.

He wants to hear more about what teams might squeak out a narrow victory over the unmentioned team while the unmentioned team plays an awful game.

Toivo70

Nah,

I was just inquiring how many cases of stick 'em Linfield is buying for it's backs for next season.....no Butterfingers now boys ;)

Are there going to be any sleeper teams in the west region next year?????

I won't argue with you on that one, GHC.

He scares the crap out of me. He must have fearsome parents.

In other non Division III related issues....

*the local community college has  first class workout rooms at one end of, and elevated above, the football stadium ala the Multnomah Club in Portland.  I observed an interesting non spring workout there twice now. The field is full of  athletic looking 18-19 year-olds playing Frisbee games that bear a remarkable resemblance to

*last Saturday AM I look up and there's Colt Brennan. Oh...yeah....he's an O.C. boy too! I assume he's getting ready for the combines.

* I got agitated when I went on the U of H website and saw Wesley Suan not a member of the staff any longer. It took my wife about 45 seconds to find he had been whisked away to SMU.

* did I ever hear on this site about this guy who I could swear was from McMinnville

Wildcat'64

DOC,

The Cats could do the same thing with Memorial Hall.....seems to me they should eliminate the residency rooms, gut the three stories.  They could upgrade the locker room and have plenty of space on the other two floors for a first class workout space.  Would be nice and convenient to the stadium.  I hear they're planning on putting up an entire new building with a few more amenities but it seems to me that this would be a less expensive alternative and still seriously upgrade the workout space.

There was a Wildcat by that name a long time ago.
