Wow! you Linfield boys are touchy about the Last two years.  Old blue note you might need to go get some pamprin if saying going for the three peat really made you that butt hurt.  I don't care much about the past I'm looking forward to this year.  Tovio I agree the O is going to have to step it up big time this year with the D basically starting all new players.  I'm excited to to what the recruiting has been like after the last couple of years.  With the Success of the program it we shouldn't have too much of a drop off.  I think Tully and his coaches have done one hell off a job.  Going ten straight season losing and basically being the L&C of the NWC to now challenging for the Title every year.

Buc...just wanted to give you a nice warm welcome to the board.  We're just not real happy about loosing to a team 2 times in a row that we'd beaten like 26 years in a row or whatever the number was. So you can forget about winning this year...it ain't going to happen.

You'll download an excel file that lists out 50 D1 helmets and you have to name what college the helmet belongs to.  Let see if anyone can get 50 out of 50 without cheating.   (WC11 scored 47 out of 50).

...and don't list out the names of the one's you missed for at least a little while.

From the small world department:

My wife and I just returned from Hawaii.
While at a friends house eating dinner we start talking about how our son played football for Linfield College. One of the other guests says, "I know all about them and McMinnville ." Turns out he was from Tillamook and attended the Wildcats High School Summer Football camp back in the late '90s.

We were driving through Hilo when we pull up behind a Mercedes with a Linfield College sticker on the back window. Got the drivers attention at the next red light and told him our son went there. Very cool!

Welcome Buc. Be carefull, you might not know it yet but the Northwest Conference blog site is actually the Catdome. I am a Catdad myself so don't look for any help here. Stick to your your guns because you will need them this year. A three peat will not happen. Once agian welcome.

Yes, Little Coco is getting married this weekend, in a tuxedo from Tuxguy's fine establishment. Some of you have seen the bride at the tailgates and games. Although she went to OSU, we've turned her into an avid Linfield football fan. It was good to see the Linfield groomsmen at the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

WC11...+k that was a fun quiz.  I scored 49/50.  The green helmet with the white "E" was the only one that I could not figure out.  Excellent post.
