Wabash's left-handed starting pitcher in the win is a freshman and a townie (went to North Montgomery High School).

It keeps messing with me each time I look at the NCAC standings page on D3baseball.com and see Allegheny in 1st place!  It's like I went back to the 90's.  Good to see they're doing well in the PAC though.

Wait 'til next year when JCU is in the North Coast and Hiram is in the PAC.

Swapping JCU for Hiram is certainly an upgrade in competitiveness.  Hiram did sweep OWU today.  Neither game was particularly close.  They're hovering around .500 overall.  All things considered with the limitations of it being Hiram, Brua does a really nice job.  I think they're going to fit in well in the PAC competitively.  Maybe not 2026 because they're going to lose a ton of senior starters after this year, but overall I think they'll be fine.
