THat's fine; I'm glad I didn't have to take the time to do it this week.

Mr. Ypsi

I have so far received ballots from Ralph Turner, smedindy, Flying Dutch Fan, titanfan, knightstalker, formerbant10, and Hoops Fan (including amendments for the last two), plus my own.

Reminder to those who have not yet voted - to avoid being influenced by the real poll, ballots must be sent by 8pm (EST) TODAY.

Is your email the place to send these?

Ryan Scott (Hoops Fan)

I find the Personal Message is the easiest way to do it, sac.

Knightstalker

If you send it via email either the commies or NSA will get it.

Mr. Ypsi

Last week knightstalker sent his ballot Tuesday morning (by the timestamp) - I received it Thursday afternoon!  I've had email not show up at all before, but NEVER before had it show up 2+ days later!  Must have been routed via Pluto.

Once in a while the big free emailers (yahoo, msn, etc) will miss an email or will temporarily lose it in their vast web of computer systems.  I've had emails show up sometimes a week late, but the best part is, they insert themselves right into the chronological order of emails, like they know they are sneaking in late.

Don't look now, but Ypsi got trumped by Pat again...

... I said don't look; it compromises our poster's poll.

Three text messages I sent over my phone on New Year's Eve showed up randomly on the guy's phone over a week and a half later... which prompted him to text me back at six am Cali time while I was still sound asleep. :o Now, granted that these messages are being routed all the way to England, but, still, all the rest of them from that day went through just fine. Technology is funny.... but I guess the really amazing thing is that it ever works at all.

I still can't believe you haven't gotten my week one picks yet Chuck.  :D

New Year's Eve is the worst time to send text messages, because most of the world is trying to do it at the same time.  That's most likely why they failed to be delivered on time.

Mr. Ypsi

We've got two new voters this week, expanding our geographical base a bit, but I haven't yet heard from three of last week's voters.  Greg, OS, and PS - less than two hours 'til the polls close!

Other new voters are also VERY welcome.

Can I just submit the Wolfe Rankings every week, I really think they did a good job this week! ;)

Sure, if you wish, but I found them a bit 'eccentric' myself!

I just sent them.  I've been sick all weekend, sorry for the delay.
