I thought there was pretty good consensus in the Top 21, and I can see how the confusion can begin in the bottom 5.

When I have a problem with a team, I imagine how they would do head-to-head on a neutral floor.

I think that I have some weak teams in my Top 25.  I just haven't found them yet.

I had NYU 24, LaX 25.  My 'unique' contibution this week was St. John's at 23.

And St Mary's took notice!  We can call it the "Mr. Ypsi jinx"!   :D

I had LAX out and I'm the Scranton believer.

Yeah, even MORE potent than the real poll - St. John's had already lost by the time I got the PP posted, while it took the Scranton women's team a whole hour or so to lose after they got the #1 ranking! ;D ;)

I'm surprised some of you have St. John's in the picture without even thinking of Utica.

"some of you" would be ME (the only vote for St. John's).  I may have over-reacted to their win over St. Thomas - and, as Ralph noted, I quickly got my come-uppance! ;)

Utica IS back on my radar screen - right now I'd see them as top 30-35, not quite top 25.

Saw Witt today. They're going to struggle on offense, but their defense will get them a lot of wins. Borchers and Hill are good players, but other than that its grinders and role players and tight ends masquerading as basketball players. (6-4, 250 lb senior Mark Huelsman. Don't think he played FB but he plays hoops like a TE!)

I guess Oshkosh was a little better than I thought.

I've been wanting to vote for Redlands the last few weeks because they've been overachieving so much.  They just had yet to play anyone good.  I haven't looked at all the competition yet, but could this win be enough to get them some recognition?

NYU lost at Chicago and still has Wash StL on Sunday.

I don't know why but looking at my ballot I left off Oxy by accident, sorry.

The irony here is I'm sure Chicago is the team I thought I needed to add to my poll when I already had Occidental sloted in there. :D 8)

Mine are in.

Despite more upheaval in the top 25 than last week, we stayed in remarkable synch - our top 17 match, with 15 of them either identical spot or off by one.  Four of the bottom 8 were pretty close, but some were quite different.  18-30 (perhaps even 35) are pretty close to interchangeable in my mind.

I will bet that we matched 21 of our top 25, too.

Actually, 22 of 25, but a couple were several slots apart.
