Emerson never had a chance last night!!! From the opening tip, the Saints were in control. They played their style of ball, that in your face tough minded D. They were not at their best but if they dont play any worse, it's gonna be the Saints vs Norwich(??) for the title. Personally, I think a few of the girls were fired up because of one of the visitors at the game yesterday, a UCONN Huskie happened to pay a visit last night and was spotted by several of the girls........

Final Score ...Saints 70 Emerson 41....

That #13 for Emerson is gonna be pretty good if she can get a jump shot to go with her D and hustle.

way to go norwich ladies.  Going down to Emmanuel and winning was a great accomplishment.  They have a geat gym and a great fan base, so you did well to win there.  Good luck in the draw and your NCAA tournament!!!

Yes Emmanuel goes down!!! Great run though but there is a new dog in town. Congrats to Norwich. Would have loved to see coach Andy running up and down the sidelines. Don't see Norwich getting past the first round but good luck anyway. Thats why they play the games, anything can happen.

Oh yes, Andy was his usual "ANIMATED " self on the side lines. As was Allen during free throws . You can see that the Saints were being outhustled to loose balls and were more or less boxed out of rebounding position by those 2 6'3 behomeths...damn them gurls were big, slow, but big.

Goodluck to the Saints in the ECAC, it looks like
there could be some pretty good games. Also,
congrats to Alyssa for making 1st team, Teisha and Jade for second team all conference. Lets do this Saints, I havent been to the HALL OF FAME in Springfield since the 9th grade which was, well.............a long time ago.

Well, Pops, we got atleast one more game so lets make the best of it. See you on Wednesday............lets try to send the 3 seniors home with some hardware...........1

Fire from SVC hoops...they can't get out of their own way. I would like to know where this fire is coming from because I can almost guarantee they will not upset any teams next year so wake up from that little dream of yours. The best chance they had of winning was when that Prue girl was playing. They did have a decent scorer this year but it won't matter. SVC will always be at the bottom because they 1) Can't keep Coaches there and 2) Don't get any support from Administration and 3) Who the heck really wants to play at SVC .....But thats funniest thing I heard this year. I think they were like 0-27!!!! Atleast they won some games last year but thats all they will ever do win a few here and there.

First of all, you must go to SVC because this is they way you spell REMEMBER.
Second, like I said give me proof of this fire power
Third, if I believe you they still will not compete with the likes of Emmanuel, Norwich, Simmons, WNEC, Suffolk, Albertus, JWU, Emerson, Pine Manor.....They may beat DWEB and Rivier as they did last year when they had their best team in years.

svc has a new coach with new ideas and a new way to when there are some weapons they have coming dont worry you will see and you will like

Yeah well you can bring in Dean Smith to coach at SVC. They will never go anywhere. The so called new coach brought in three players this year and only one was any good. I hope she can find some Jordanesque type players but even if she does they will stay a year and either transfer or become ineligible. That is what SVC is about and the only reason anyone goes there is because they can't get in anywhere else!!!!!!

Well the only way they will get any wins is if they downgrade their schedule to about 10 Bay Paths an 10 Wheelocks oh you can add the school for the blind...they might beat them too. They do not know what they are doing at that school.  The average coach stays for three years and if they know what they are doing then the school can't keep them. It is a waste of time and space to even discuss them being in the top eight in the conference luckily I had nothing to do this weekend. However, this coming weekend I will go watch real basketball players play and real basketball games. SVC plays not to get beat by 100 and that is the way their coach is going to have to coach!!!!!!

please SVC probally wouldnt beat wheelock or baypath.. i seen SVC play against Newbury this year and newbury had only 5 players and beat them by around 60 points.

d3ballinboston,  you are probably right. I was just trying to give the big man some help......however, they did have 5 wins last year under the previous coach. They beat dweb, bay path , riv, jwu and heelock I think!!!!!! But Big man seems to think that they are going to be spectacular next year so I had to give him hope. They will be lucky to be with 15 in any given game lol

Hopefully they'll have the will to report scores next year too. That would be a refreshing change of pace.
