Concordia-Chicago is dancing!

After Aurora eliminated Rockford, the Cougars knocked off the Spartans again, 12-6!

Kudlik got the win and Walker, Series and Stephens all went yard.
Anyone bringing Malnati's to Oshkosh? I could go for a sausage pie. And no, Malnati's through the mail isn't as good. I miss that place.

What are the odds that CUC ends up in the Central regional... they are driving distance from both Central and Midwest.
Baseball is not a game that builds character, it is a game that reveals it.

I think that CUC will be in the midwest.

Midwest and Central pool C teams are about even and Central already has four pool A teams where the Midwest only has three and then St. Scholastica as well

Here are the stats for Wooster  (Concordia-Chicago's first opponent):

Concordia-Chicago--2 and out  (1 bad pitch --Wooster's 3-run HR in Game 1, then facing a Heidelberg squad that was probably real hungry after being upset by Rose Hulman).

Rockford Regent followers-take note:

One of your former pitchers is back in town--in the Frontier League:

No disgrace in Concordia-Chicago mounting a late threat against the eventual runner-up before losing:

Fabian Gomez (pitched for Rockford) was signed to the Florence Freedom earlier this month-per transactions off Frontier League website.

Benedictine got a first-place vote? That's interesting.

Think Lakeland has any regrets in pushing Coach John Weber out the door a few years ago? They have been nothing close to what they were during his tenure.

NAC season is underway.

MSOE is on off to a 2-6 start in Florida with one game left against St. Vincent.

BU, AU (in Florida) CUC, RC (in Arizona) and EC (in the Metrodome) get underway either Saturday or Sunday.

Marian doesn't play a game until March 23! Wow.
