I think it's disingenuous to label SU as the preseason NJAC favorite. For all intents and purposes we know that Wesley sits atop the NJAC throne until they lose. Yes, it happened last year. Yes, it could happen again, but it is a monumental task.

Well, it gives the Wesley players something to focus on.  Not always a bad thing you know.

dlip is not buying into the NJAC preseason poll whatsoever. Not saying he knows more than the coaches do but he feels quite strongly that it's the Wolverines spot to lose.

Looks like Wesley has some serious talent returning as well. As amazing as Joe C. was behind center dlip feels it quite naive to believe that he won't be replaced by at the very least an above average D3 QB.

Basically when the Gulls and Wolverines meet on the 5th of November this year the only thing left on the field at Salisbury Gull Stadium will be some scattered black and white feathers... ;)

Someone much better at poetry than me can probably mess with the Guy Fawkes poem to come up with something good for Salisbury/Wesley this year

Remember, remember the 5th of November...

I think what's most amazing is that of the 5 league coaches that did not vote for Wesley to win the league, it seems apparent that at least a few of those also didn't vote for Wesley to finish second.  I really don't know how you break this down in a way that gets you to a spot where Wesley isn't either first or second.  Wild.

Hi everyone. The season is creeping up on us. I have done zero research (with this wonderful economy time is limited) so here goes my first shot at the NJAC:

1.  Wesley
2.  Salisbury
3.  Rowan
4.  Kean
5.  Frostburg
6.  CNU
7.  Montclair
8.  TCNJ
9.  Willy P
10. So. VA

Let's get some discussions going. ;D
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

I must admit -- it was a flashback seeing Salisbury, Wesley and Frostburg listed top three #ACFCstillalive

Thanks to those posting kind words after my position was eliminated at Apprentice.   Understandable (I hope) kept low profile on here.

Good luck to all

The NJAC is still Wesley's to lose. Salisbury's win last year broke a 10-year losing streak to the Wolverines. 10! The win last year counts for something, but league favorite, no. Im also wondering who in the heck threw their first place vote at Frostburg State.

+k dlip!

How do you east coasters plan on watching Joe Callahan tonight? Of course in my area it will be televised locally because they are playing the Browns.
