Pardon my ignorance, what is Kickoff?  Is it a D3 season preview?

Does anyone know where I can find the NCAA rules about preseason? Practice dates etc? I remember there was a calculator you could use based on classes and first game date. But I also seem to remember when they cut out two a days in pads, that they added a couple of days prior for team related "stuff".

Rowan University's Brown & Gold Scrimmage is set for this upcoming Saturday at Ocean City High School.

That's an interesting place to hold it. Don't get me wrong, I love Ocean City. My parents have a house there, and that field, just off the boardwalk, is awesome. But the place is jammed up and crowded and miserable to park at and brutal to get on and off the island on weekends. Just seems like an odd place to do it.

Love it when the rosters come out! Especially with a new coach. It gives indications of a new focus in certain areas. I like what I see....even if some of the results  from the new players are a year or so away. I do see a couple of immediate impact players. Anytime a d3 school lands a Class 5 first team All-State player at a skilled position......that took some pretty decent recruiting.

I like what I see....even if some of the results  from the new players are a year or so away. I do see a couple of immediate impact players. Anytime a d3 school lands a Class 5 first team All-State player at a skilled position......that took some pretty decent recruiting.

That's awesome. I've been waiting for Rowan to post their updated roster. They likely won't post it until after camp   Who is the Class 5 first team All-State recruit on CNU's roster?

I forget why Rowan plays at Ocean City.  I think it was to get the players away from Glassboro for a day.  Seems like they are happy with the arrangement since this will be the 7th year down in OC.

Wesley recently signed on Pat Mahoney as the offensive line coach.  He joins Arthur Smith as the second ex-Mount Union player and coach to join the coaching staff at Wesley.   Coincidence..... I doubt it.  Success searching for more success I say.
