B-bomber:  unfortunately for Rowan, they do have a letdown once a year.  It is usually deep in the playoffs-- like STAGG BOWL or NAT'L semifinal (last year).  I figure you mean throughout the season, but ALL teams have a letdown somewhere during the season.  The good teams still find a way to win these games. :)

The Cortland and Muhlenberg victories over TCNJ are not looking too impressive for the moment.  How is TCNJ losing 20-14 to FDU-Florham?

TCNJ with a 21 point 4th quarter pulls away 42-20.

Alright Johnny, good to have you "back"! :D

Are you going to IC-Fisher next weekend?  That should be a helluva game.  I'll be at Cortland-Buff State, which hopefully won't be a helluva game.

I was at the RU/Cortland game 2 years ago at your place.  By the way, that is SOME place.  I've been in a lot of 1-AA stadiums that don't come close to yours.

I don't know if I'll be able to get back up there this year.  Business has been crazy and I don't know if I can take the time.

Good luck to you guys the rest of the way....that is except for the weekend of Oct. 15th. ;D

I might not be able to make the IC-sjf game next weekend, but I will be at the mt ida/sjf game today in boston if it doesnt rain.  I plan on making a few bomber games this year though.

Give NJCU a little bit of credit for the win over Rowan that year.  We had one of the best defenses, especially the linebackers and secondary in the NJAC that year.  Might have been the two D-1 transfers at CB and Safety, Quincy Baker, and I can't remember the others name.  Plus we had a great running game that year too, another D-1 transfer, I think it was Artis Garris that year.  Plus NJCU always gets fired up for Rowan, we don't like you guys.   ;D

On another note, NJCU mens soccer is ranked 16th in the nation at this time.

Congrats to Cortland.  They are a good football team.  It amazes me to watch a game where, basically an offense was non existant.  I don't think AJ had a very good day and the defense again caused - I think - 5 turnovers.  And we did not take advantage of any of them.
It looks as if the offense draws plays on the sideline.  NO - zero - rythm.  And the first half looked as if it was going to come down to the wire.  The defense looked extremely tired in the forth quarter.  And it showed.  Cortlands defense - once again- dominated and won the game.
Guys keep your heads up - there are a lot of games left to be played.  Keep the spirits up.
It looks as if the defense will carry the bulk this year.  And the offense - with the talent - needs to get better.

Tough game coming up.  Wesley is one of the better programs in D3.

Have a good weeks boyus and good Luck.

ACMob,

Had to attend an event in PA for business. Just got back, pulled up the MSU web site and low and behold we lose 17-14.  >:( From what I read we were up 14-0 and dominated total yards. I think Ferriol had 278 yards passing with one int. We are a young team and next week should be very interesting. A game that we probably should have won, but that's life.  :-\

JT and Pat,

What is up with the pick-em contest. It seems to have disappeared. Can you enlighten me. I may try to keep it going, and could use your help. Thanks.
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.
