3redhawks,

Hope all is well. You're right, this is a big one on Saturday. IT appears that maybe the O is starting to come alive. ;)

Maybe we can get some more people to post and support the boys.

LET'S  GO  MIGHY  RED  HAWKS  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

I hear teams hate to play Rowan.... some may think it's because they're a tough squad, but in actuality it's because after every game Rowan's opponents have to turn in their jersey's to the local law enforcement so they can be dusted for finger prints... and that's just a hassle no one likes to deal with after a football game

Hey Bombsaway (Skippy),
How do you expect us to react to your worthless statements when you've posted gems such as this:
QuoteI am a fan, that's as far as my expertise goes, so while you consider my comments  immature, inappropriate, and completely detrimental to the "quality of the board" it is nevertheless , what I know best, and while that may equal to knowing  absolutely nothing, at least I can admit that, unlike any of you who judge and criticize from a third party position.  I bleed gold and blue, best 4 years of my life, and I have pride in my school, that's my motivation but at the core, I'm a football fan, not an expert, and I will behave and talk using the freedoms that such an individual is granted.

With that said, I will resume my position as the guy we all hope bruce willis blows up at the end of the movie... bombsaway!

Besides never meeting a comma you didn't feel a need to insert – you're giving yourself far more credit than deserve if you think you're relevant enough to merit Bruce Willis' (a New Jersey native) attention at the end of a movie. You're more like an uncredited schmo who gets blown up at the beginning of the flick and is forgotten in scene two. Now go play some flag football at Hermosa Beach with the rest of your flag football friends.

I'm sure Bombsaway will be crushed if Phil from the d3 boards doesn't read his posts.  Man, you're harsh.

Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

Oh, and the thing on comma usuage... what a zinger!

gee "phil" you really took me out to the woodshed on that one.  The fact that you went back and searched out things I wrote over a week ago shows me I already have won the battle of whits against you, (comma) considering I have not read one thing of yours.

Not to mention, (comma) by quoting what I wrote you proved my point.  I don't need any expertise to put down Rowan by comparing them to criminals.  As far as Bruce Willis goes, if you get offended everytime someone shuns Bruce Willis, (comma) let me do some enlightening for you.

Bruce Willis is a MAJOR LEAGUE A-HOLE! This I have expertise on because he has been to my studio multiple times with his kids and no one has anything good to say about him.  I guess he just has a little too much jersey in him for his own good.  Hate to hit you with that dose of reality, (comma) now nestle up with seasons 1 and 2 of "Moonlighting" and kiss your Bruce Willis doll while repeating "he doesn't know you bruce, (comma) I know the real bruce!"

"Your studio". You're a funny guy. Wasn't sticking up for Bruce either – I was just using your example to put your "banter" in perspective. Of course, if you want to indict a school and program as being made up of thugs and criminals, may your career be made up of many, many encounters with Bruce Willis-like clients. You chose the industry – it's full of a-holes. How apropo.

Maybe next time I'm out in la-la land editing a spot we'll run into each other and you can get this Jersey boy a cup of coffee.

Can someone tell me what whits are? Don't recall ever seeing them [comma] individually or in a group.

They don't have future prisoners at Rowan, if they did the future prison guards at NJCU would have noticed.

Somehow I don't think the above was what this poster meant. On the other hand [comma] I have no idea what he meant. Please [comma] someone --anyone -- apprise me what he [comma] in fact [comma] intended to say -- soonest [no comma, only a period]

Knightstalker

Warren, that should be "[no comma(comma) only a period]

Really? Then, mercy! my mistake ....  :o

It's very hard to keep all these verbal punctuation marks straight. (See the late Victor Borge for additional details on "oral punctuation.")

Anybody have any thoughts on the NJAC this weekend :

Montclair - Kean
Cortland - W. Conn
Rowan - Buff St.
TCNJ - Willy P

Any thoughts about around the East. The rankings are not that bad and in a few weeks they will be more accurate (less posturing). Wesley is an east team but is in the south bracket.  Maybe they should join the NJAC. ::)

Even Montclair got a few words. ;)
