Anyone know if Cortland has ever won at Rowan?  I remember our old media guide used to list our scores vs. NJAC rivals.  But if memory serves correct I think it has been a history of near misses mixed in with a couple bad blowouts.  Hopefully Cortland can change history Saturday as Rowan wants this win, but Cortland NEEDS the win.

this is very true....and this week we will beat the man, in his own house.....i would now like to quote some old friends.....

To answer XDragon59's question:

Cortland defeated then-Glassboro State 41-0 in Glassboro in 1964. The Red Dragons also won at home the next year, then the two teams did not play again until the series resumed in 1995. Corltand only has one win vs. the Profs since - at home in 2001 in the final game at Davis Field. Cortland's road games at Rowan since 1995 have all been losses (47-17 in 1996, 41-34 in 1998, 45-10 in 2000, 42-21 in 2002 and 34-33 in 2004).

i was a member of that 98 team that lost 41-34...that was a tuff loss, we were driving and had our best reciver wide open, but a mental breakdown by a back allowed for a rowan sack, but that was pretty much the story of that year, lets go get them
