Kettle, have you met pot?

Unlike you, I generally don't jump around PP attacking people for their opinions. I respond to criticism in order to do a better job next time.

I've already admitted that I wasn't perfect.  The majority of my email from (non-Rowan) fans were positive.  Many times after getting blasted by someone, they'd actually be pleasantly surprised that I would address the issue (hint... hint... respecting other people's views).

I've been wrong.  Have you?

Hobart pregame story ready: http://www.rowanfootball.com

Special thanks to Hobart alumnus TGP for offering to help me write this.  What a cool idea.  Hopefully I can get more co-writers on Rowan opponents.

RE: The around the Region articles...

Im my opinion, I would think that whoever writes for these segments SHOULD put more input about the teams that they know more about.  It just makes sense.  I mean, its not like theres thousands of d3football articles or d3football news shows that we can watch on TV about our favorite teams.  Its not like JT or Budcrew can comment on Mount Unions oline and running game, or Lindfields passing attack, so I would rather see more in depth coverage on what those guys do know, and thats Rowan football and Utica Football, and also the teams they watch (E8 and NJAC)  And its not like those guys ever said anything disparaging about programs or anything either.

Hey, bottome line, the more eastern d3football news the better.

JT, I hope you dont take any past criticism to heart because there was absoutly nothing wrong with any of the articles that you wrote, ever.

Any chance to Rowan-Hobart game will be webcast anywhere?????

JU,

I'm cool.  I just thought it was wrong for people to pick sides (Budcrew vs. JT).  Budcrew is going to get criticism.  If its constructive, I hope it helps him.  If its not constructive, I hope he gets a good laugh out of it.  I used to run into my detractors in the parking lot at games sometimes. I had fun with everyone.

People were welcome to contribute to the ATR, but no one ever came forward.  I dig the whole Eastern scene... the underdog attitude. You know how every other region thinks we are less than worthy. I appreciate Eastern football more after getting so involved.  We're certainly a more entertaining group as whole, than most other regional boards.

I dont think the criticism was constructive towards Budcrew.  I think he did a hell of a job.  I hear ya though.

It happens.  PP gives people a quick, usually faceless voice, to say whatever they feel like at the moment.  That has its good and bad points.

Rowan radio WGLS-FM are among the best in college radio.  Great pregame show that starts at 11 am.  They interview both coaches.  Go over strengths and weaknesses.  Here's the link.  The link is also on the right hand side of the front page of rowanfootball.com:
