JT,

I heard there might be changes in the Rowan staff? If this is true what changes are we looking at. Is HC bringing in friend Mike Clark to run the offense?

Jay...  I haven't heard anything on the coaching front.  If you know something, send me an email.

Who cares about a conference name anyway?

This is no different than The Big 10 having more than 10 members, Cincinatti and Louisville being in The Big East, Florida State being in the Atlantic Coast Conference despite being on the Gulf Coast, or the Empire 8 including schools from Massachussetts, Vermont and, coming to a theatre near you, Pennsylvania despite being named for the Empire State.

LOL.  Hell, South Florida isn't even in south Florida.

It looks like Ed Stinson will not take over at WPU.

Could this hasten the downfall of the program?

Do the players stay or look to other NJAC schools?

How close are they to hiring replacements?  From the current staff?

Just got this link over on the OAC page.
KC Keeler is being considered for the UM job.
Keeler

Those guys still have a huge hard 0n for him.

Those guys are f'n nuts. Sorry but give me a break.  Didn't realize sunglasses at night caused such hatred.  Is Keeler very cocky, damn skippy he is, but he backs it up (Jimmy Johnson is so cute and cuddly now on FOX, people forget what a cocky prick he is). So he has a 1-3 record against the Kenyon of DIII football.  He has an 8-1 playoff record and a national title in DI non BCS or whatever the F it's called.  You can't be that successful on recruiting alone.  The man can run a program and coach.

There is no way that man is a racist.  His success is due in major part to black athletes.  Although it isn't the majority, every time we've played Mount Union I've heard plenty of racist remarks and undertones.  No one in the OAC should be pulling that card on KC.

Delaware is his alma mater.  I can see him stay and be the next Tubby, he makes a nice buck. If he gets a shot at Michigan or Penn St, I can see him take it too.  He's certainly more loyal than Patrino.

I went to the NJCU John Jay basketball game tonight.  The student fans at NJCU are wearing Knight Stalkers T-shirts.  I am waiting for my royalty checks to start rolling in.   ;D

At least the helmet would look pretty familiar to Keeler.  I think it'd be fun to see him get a chance with a big program.

I like going to the OAC page, you express an opinion that is against the consensous and you take karma hits.  For a bunch of people who probably never met or even tried to talk to KC Keeler they sure hate him.  Ohitians, go figure.

Any of KC's transgressions beginning in 1993 have been completely blown out of proportion over the years by OAC'ers.  Sunglasses, Transfer U, yada, yada....

Sometimes I think it is because he was the first to break a long streak and also his teams posed a challenge to MUC every season.  There goes more Karma.

Debating the best Mount players and teams is usually safe.

Start a string called "Great Non-Football Related Moments in Mount Union Athletic History".

It will be a quicker read than "George Foreman's Book of Baby Names".
