You can tell we're getting close to the playoffs, laundry flying everywhere ladies
for the love of the game

We deserved the higher ranking in 01 and 03, I can't say much obviously bc you beat us. That is ridiculous the NCAA pays homage to the inferior NJAC. The power of the private schools is the reason why we don't have redshirts anymore, I would say your lobbying tactics have a voice and a strong one at that. As far as I am concerned the past two years, the NJAC has gotten snubbed. Go Red Hawks Baby, Cortland don't you even think about losing.

I don't think the NJAC is inferior and I most certainly don't lobby for anything.  I redshirted myself and recieved more financial aid at Ithaca than I would have if I went to Umass.

I still don't see how you can think the NJAC got snubbed last year?  Do you think Montclair deserved to get in over Ithaca after Ithaca beat the second ranked NJAC team real bad?  This year could prove different, but I don't see how you could argue that last year.

Like last year when the NJAC went into another conference's champion's home stadium and won in the first round.

Exactly!!!!
Good luck to my Red Hawks this weekend up in Conn, play hard for four quarters, don't let up and get out of dodge with a W, big things are waiting in the winds. Cortland don't let up!!!! I expect our offense which by the way has come on quite strong these past few weeks racking up somewhere around 640 rushing yards to steam roll through West Conn.

I think the NJAC is quite a good conference myself.   :) .. but E8 and LL get all the pub on here because of the lack of NJAC posters.

(And by on here I mean the posting boards).

As a huge LL fan I think the NJAC is very solid year in and year out. I was so pissed last year (well maybe a little happy) when TCNJ came into RPI and won. I think RPI had more talent but layed a HUGE egg and TCNJ played a good game. Regardless TCNJ deserves tons of credit for the win. I don't know I just love the East as a whole. I think the NJAC is awesome, well not as awesome as the LL but still awesome! Let's hope RPI gets their ass kicked tomorrow by the U! Cortland stay strong, I believe you would represent the East well! How about Brockport St showing some life! Good luck Eagles.

I have stayed low on the posts after RPI dropped the boom on the Dragons.  With these high octane LL and E8 posters I do not have the time nor will power to go toe to toe with them if forced to eat my words.   Just keep winning and everything takes care of itself.

Good morning Red Hawk fans !!  Always up early and nervous before a game, gonna go for a little jog to work out the butterflies, back to shower, eat and get on the bus to West Conn. This is a must win for us today, 1 game at a time. Our backfield has to continue to be explosive, our RB's are racking up some yds and our FB is making that happen along with the Oline. D's playing as good as ever. We need to catch all (lol) of our passes and get into the the end zone big time today. Thanks to all of our fans for your support. !! C ya there....

D,
I know there has been much talk of the ' 06 RPI/Cortland ECAC game on other boards.  It was a rough day to be a Dragon fan that day.  I wouldn't say Cortland "Phoned it in that day".  I just chalked it up to "Any given Saturday".  They wanted the "W" and they took it with blunt force.  On a side note and with nothing to do with the lopsided ECAC game (s), don't teams have to declare themselves ECAC eligible midway through the season?  Once they submit, and a game is awarded after week 10, can a team decline?
