Cstate and Rowan both in my humble opinion didn't show much in terms of rushing.  Overall stats felt fairly even I think although run production was much worse for CState.  Both teams need to figure out how to get a running game going.  Stats show Guiliano averaged 5 yards per carry, twice as much as RB's.  Wouldn't mind them working him into the mix a bit more.  Besides, we are already used to rooting for a Guiliano!

I think the backup QB was in for the whole game but not 100% sure.

I think CState converted more 3rd downs which is always critical.

The lose of Pitcher is tough but certainly not devastating.  Someone will have to step up and all will have to work a little harder.  As the saying goes, Smooth seas do not make a skillful sailor. Most thought that Rowan would be the Red Dragons biggest test.  Now the biggest test is themselves and how they handle the loss of Pitcher.  OK....one last quote...the measure of a man (Team in this case!) is how he bears up under misfortune.  Can't wait to see how the team reacts...Pretty sure Coach Mac will have them in the right state of mind come Saturday.

PG04 are you coming up to the game this weekend???

Unfortunately my plans fell through, so I will not, in fact be at the game on Saturday.  I'm sure it will be a great game.  They are certainly entertaining to listen to at the very least!

From Before -- Honestly, I didn't mean to call out the kicker specifically.  He did a very good job this past weekend, and it appears he really focused on shoring up his game.  I'm sure the coaching staff has things to worry about enough not to have to worry about extra points.  I hope he continues to improve.  I saw some good kickers in Laney and Manchetti while I was there as a student.

Guys,

If anyone's interested about how TCNJ's going to fare for the remainder of the season--check out my blog.

I know I've posted the link before. But I'm hoping to jack up that hits-per-day total.

Thanks, fellas. Hope you enjoy.

Interesting match-up in Cortland this weekend.  Cortland's Defense is tough and will have to withstand some outstanding talent in D'Ambrisi, Chunn and perhaps Cade who looks like he may be a decent wideout.

Very curious to see how Cortland's offense responds to the loss of Pitcher.  He accounted for most of the offense and they are going to have to find a running game somewhere.  His leadership may be missed most of all.

Stepping in will most likely be Hudson Woodward who made the team as a walkon two years ago and has made steady improvement since.  He doesn't have Pitcher's mobility so it will be interesting to see what happens.

1st of all Alex Cade is a TE & not a "decent wideout?" 2nd of all our boys will respond fine by whipping some Cortland butt this Saturday up there in NY! ;o)

My bad on Cade...should have done my homework.  As for the other...it's good to have dreams.

Red Hawk Naion :

Time to end my silence. I was not excited about the Morrisville win. We should have won the game. This is no disrespect to Morrisville. As I figured, Fisher got the start and from a stat end looked good. I'm sure he had all day to sit in the pocket and throw. Put a little pressure on him and he falls apart. I'm sorry to say, but he is not a leader and it is only my opinion that he does not have the respect of his team. I guess Coach G. feels that he is the best we have and please O'conner get creatative. That being said, I still support the Red Hawks as I always have. It's just hard to hope for a shot at the playoffs when you probably will fall short at best. What would Sam Mills say about the happenings this year? I hope I have to eat these words after the Kean game.

Can't make the game today, my daughters Birthday.

B-Port is a tough well coached team. Special Olympics field is not an easy place to play. Pressure will be put on Fisher and let's see how he performes. This could be the place to turn everything around. I'd like to see it happen. Like I always say 110 - 60 and "Keep Pounding".

Let's  Go  Mighty  Red  Hawks  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

Dragons have to find a rushing game today! Coach Mac has kept his team together before after losing his starting QB and I think he will be able to do it again.

TCNJ up on Morrisville 40-13 with 2:00+ left in the second quarter.

First time I've had the opportunity to listen to a TCNJ game for an extended time. Their defense is as bad as their offense is good.

Just got home.  Cortland down 24-10. Not good.

TCNJ's 67 points breaks the school scoring record which stood for 88 years.
