NJAC may well be decided on October 31st in Trenton....what happens if Cortland, TCNJ, and Rowan all have 1 loss?  Does anyone know the tiebreaker?  I know some conferences use the last team to go to the NCAA tournament as the tiebreaker...
xdragon59 I noticed you mentioned Cortland, Rowan & TCNJ yet what about KEAN??????????
We have NO loses in the NJAC this season & yet you guys keep discounting them for contention of the NJAC title????????
I think KEAN will win the NJAC title this season & represent our conference well in the NCAA playoffs!!!!!!!!
No need for tiebreakers xdragon59 ... Ha!!!!!!!!!!!! :o)

My bad on Cade...should have done my homework.  As for the other...it's good to have dreams.

Dreams they do come true, it can happen to you, if you root for KEAN!!!!
Dreams they do come true, it can happen to you, if you're not a fan of Cortland!!!!

No need to play the rest of the NJAC schedule now that you've annointed Kean as champs after one NJAC victory over a banged up Cortland team and a close game against winless WestConn.

Perhaps we should cut to the chase and just have you give us the breakdown of the Kean vs. Mt. Union game!

Maybe he needs to meet the West Conn fans from 6-7 yrs ago.

I am almost positive that after all the head-to-head stuff that if there is a tie, the conference will go to the team that has gone the longest without a NJAC title.

John,
...ahhhh, those were the days. Not many remember the verbal jousting and general sillyness provided by the WestConn faithful. Wonder where they are now...

...not really.

Don't be so cocky. (6) more games to go. You're not the only undefeated team in the NJAC. You guys are on a roll now, but don't get nutty. By the way, we owe you guys one on Nov 14th. ;D

JT,
I'm not sure that it comes down to that anymore. I think the NJAC moves down the list to break the tie - from head-to-head to opponent's winning percentage against all of Division III, then opponents opponent's winning percentage in-region...

Congrats to Kean for coming into Cortland and leaving with a win.  CState needs to find a running game for sure.  I agree there was atleast one head scratcher on 4th and short...even with a poor running game, with my Monday (actually Sunday) morning quarterback hat on, you have to have enough faith or at least show that you have faith in your O line to give you a yard or two.  The first one I think was relatively early and the score was 3-3 so punting was a good call, but there was a second one later that was odd to me...but then again I don't coach and the last time I put pads on was like 1977 as painful as that was to type.  Team needs to build confidence in their ability to run the ball.  While Andrew Guiliano is missed, Cory Russell was able to rush for a 4-5 yard average.  I think there was a great opportunity to show the O line that they had confidence in them had they gone for it on those 4th and shorts. Either you make it and instill some much needed confidence or you don't and lose the field position battle once or twice...I think the risk might have been worth it but then again, it is Sunday morning.

Kean happened to Cortland.  Yes, we lost our qb for the season and other guys banged up but no excuses...the other guys need to step up.  Fell short today.  look for improvement next week.

I'm down on the field after every Stagg Bowl. Keep waiting for those Western Connecticut fans to show up and tell me to my face how wrong I was.
