I guess if Rowan and Cortland win out, that will leave a 3 way tie including Montclair St.   Due to the identical conference record, and round robin scenario, there has to be another criteria.  Several years ago I read that in such a situation.....the NJAC sends the team who has been the farthest removed from a playoff appearance.  I believe thats Rowan since they went last in 06.

I hope that is not true as it is totally moronic.  My HS team just won a  3 way tie breaker to win our league last night.  3 way round robin w/ all 3 having  5-1 conference records.  Head to head is out.  2nd criteria is points against in the 1st half.  At least that prevents teams from running it up if a "for/against point differential" was used, and allows for 2nd half substitutions once  a game is secured.

I wish the NJAC site had tie breaker info.  The NJAC does in-fact have a "fresh blood" rule for want of a better term. So yes, Rowan would get the nod if that happened.  I am not sure how all the tie breakers work before that.

You can't judge by watching the Kean game, as I stated previously....The Kean MSU game will always be a battle, Dan Garrett who is the head coach at Kean is the former Defensive Coordinator and All American LB at MSU, Keith Migglerino (sorry Migs spelled your last name wrong lol) is a former captain and All East Region LB at MSU...Both programs know each other so well, it is a building rivalry..Look back to 2003 when MSU won the NJAC and made it to the second round against Ithaca, they beat Kean 9-0 or in 2009, MSU won the NJAC and beat Kean by I believe 6...Plus this isn't the same Kean team of old, they are quite good, a few bounces of the ball in a different way and they are sitting at the top of the NJAC, that is my only plug for my former coach and buddy Keith hahaha...

Congratulations to former kicker of the Montclair State Redhawks for being signed by the Arena 1 Jacksonville Sharks and Former All-American Defensive Back Derrick Simmons who just completed a stellar year with the IFL, which is the Proffeisnal Football League in Italy, playing DB and WR for the Emillia Reggio Hogs...Last game of the season had two Ints and 5 td receptions...

Rowan should win out.

If Montclair defeats Cortland...

Montclair will win the NJAC
Montclair will go undefeated
With Del Valley as a second undefeated team, that should keep Mount Union in the "Northern" Bracket

If Cortland defeats Montclair...

Rowan will win the NJAC
Cortland will get a Pool C if it wins Cortaca
Montclair will probably get a Pool C, but might need some help (Ithaca over Cortland, another loss for Fisher or Alfred)
Mount Union will enter our bracket as the #1 Seed if Del Valley loses, and could enter even if there is one undefeated Eastern team.

That's my take on the "Eastern" pool C bids, and the NJAC Championship.  With Alfred taking down St John Fisher, the E8 is now in question, as is the #2 regional seed.  Ithaca could force a 3-way E8 tie if it wins the next two.  No idea what the tiebreaker rules are for the E8.

SJF would win the tie breaker if Fisher wins out and they finish in a 3 way tie based on overall losses...

MSU is our only hope to keep MUC out of this bracket...

Don't let us down...

How do you think they will handle the situation if Del Valley is undefeated within region, but has 1 loss out of region on the road to probably the 3rd best team in the country?

I don't believe that's any different than last year, right?

The Wesley game was a regional game, they are only about 90 miles apart.

I've keep pretty quiet most of the year. The big game is ahead of us this Sat. Montclair @ Cortland. Cortland is a very tough team and plays hard nosed football. I will lay the spread for the NJAC Pick-EM's @ Montclair -3.5. There has been a lot of talk about an undefeated East team heading the Bracket. I hope it will be Montclair. At the end of the day the team from the East will play either MU, UWW or Wesley. Our best shot will be Wesley or the other (2) will be a visit to the sacrificial alter. A few years back we beat Wesley in Dover and laid an egg against TCNJ and still had a chance to make it to the dance and laid another egg against Kean. The story of Montclair. >:( That's why I say 110-60. We can do it but we must stay focused. This Sat will tell against a real good team in their house. People think the NJAC is weak, but ask Rowan about B-Port. Willy P can smack you in the head any time. After Cortland we have  B-Port & Willy P. Anything can happen. Del Val in my opinion is the best in the East, but last years second round still lingers. The game against Wesley was a good one, but let's see how the playoffs develop. They really took care of business against Lycoming.. The NJAC and the MAC could be a real force in the East (with or without MU) but better without. In conclusion,
