Kean wins 44-33 over Western.  I know they won, but man, I can't imagine thats an enjoyable trip back to Union tonight.  I know they had a tough last 2 weeks getting close wins against top 15 teams Wesley and Montclair state, but Western is about the easiest game their going to have left on their schedule.

On the other shoe, hopefully, this is a turnaround to a couple wins this year.  This is the closet game we've had since like 2009.

just back from the cortland - rowan game.  good game with cortland controlling the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.  rowan did not run the ball very well and cortland was able to get pressure on the qb.  i think rowan's d wore down in the 4th, but prior to that they had limited cortland's running game.  after seeing cortland, i do not know how they lost to kean and i am sure the fans cant either.  I think cortland is the second best team i have seen so far this year.  i think the game would be interesting, but i think wesley's speed would win out eventually.  will be interested to see the cortland - montclaire result.  after the kean result today, i dont think they run the table in the njac so there will be a possible logjam again this year.  rowan is a great place to tailgate with the parking lot around the field, do not even have to go in the game to watch it if you dont want to.  good luck to both teams the rest of the year.

So happy Cortland came out and took control of the game in the second half.  Very impressed with of course Babin who is a stud and Bronson Green who in 7 carries averaged almost 6 yards per carry.  This kid, only a freshman, is going to have a great career with Cortland.  He runs hard and often makes something out of nothing carrying a defender or two along with him.

Enjoyed the facilities at Rowan.  Loved the band which always makes games more enjoyable and Wesleydad is right...great place to tailgate.

Also have to say, Rowan's snack bar brought over a couple of trays of hotdogs for the Cortland players after the game for the bus ride back home which I thought was really nice of them and a classy move.

Ahhhh... my beloved BENGALS have a lot more work to do. 3 turnovers in the first half...botched fake punt from their own 10  ??? ... down 37-10 at halftime. Rough day for my boys.

Oh well my BENGALS host another Jersey team this weekend, William Patterson, for homecoming so I guess they'll lick their wounds and try to get back on stride and finish the season with a 6 game win streak! ;)

  Congrats to MSU.

Sorry we didnt come thru Clandfan :-[

Could not make the game yesterday. Watched the first half by live stats then off to a wedding. Looking at the stats we lost the stats battle but won the war. Any comments on the overall game? It appeared that the "D" was great as usual, the "O" stepped up and D'Andrea was kept in check with total yards. Thoughts?

We had our way with Buff State, our defense is awesome!!! our offense played very well, Fisher had some great throws, his brother had a great catch in the endzone along with Keagen...West Conn must be awful bc other then a poor man's version of the option, they didn't have much going for them...The last two scores Buff State had was when the classy coach Giancola pulled the starters and let the young pups get their feet wet...

I am very much in favor of Cortland beating Montclair (and running the table), Montclair beating Kean, and forgetting that Kean ever beat Cortland!  All other Dragon fans who favor this motion say "AYE".
Taste It!

I know...I know....,but I am not the one playing!  What I want, or am thinking, has no bearing on anything.  I am sure Coach Mac will have the squad focused on Morrisville this week.
Taste It!

Too early to even talk about.  Beat Morrisville!

I hope none of the Rowan football players are TKE's.

Ithaca doesn't have many Frats but one of them was TKE I remember.  Good guys but not what you would call your typical "Animal House" frat.
