Dlip hears you jt, and he bets you are excellent in the booth. Dlip has only bad some small moments in the booth but loved every second of those minutes. He was fortunate enough to see frank in action (frank is the one who opened the door to dlip) and get an idea how it is done. Frank is excellent and top notch when it comes to that ****. Dlip would love nothing more than to be able to call some games at anm,y level, but especially D3. Hopefully some day there will be an opportunity to do so on a consisteNT basis. Maybe some day you and dlip can break down liberty and tyranny on the air...:)

Really tough loss.  Congrats to MSU on the win.  Cortland stayed in it as usual and had every chance to take the game.  Thought the safety in the 4th by I think Gruber putting CState up by 2 was going to do it but MSU didn't let up and drove down for the winning field goal.  Again, congrats to MSU.  Both teams played hard and it was a great game to watch.

Agreed and +K. Had fun tailgating with some of the Cortland faithful. Good People. Good game. Our "O" play calling has to get better. It makes me wonder. ::)
Actually this was one game where it was looking like I was actually going to give the O line some props.
Good game =yes
Defense tough as usual = yes,  a couple of 15 yd penalties hurt us.
Play calling = not bad today
I think if Fischer didn't get hurt, we would have won by a lot more than a point.

Dave,
Saw you showing off your lovely wife, looks like a keeper. Also saw Ryan McCoach and his parents.

Have to travel to Boston next weekend, so missing the game.  >:(
But I'll be there in spirit

Leaving for West Virginia late Thursday. Homecoming at my college and Alumni meetings. We just need to "Keep Pounding" against Willy P. Let me know if you hear anything on Fisher. I'll be in Ewing in (2) weeks.
I'll know more about Fischer in about an hour or so, will keep you posted.

What is the word on Fisher ?

240 miles round trip from home to Glassboro has become harder to fit in 5-6 times a year w/o playoff appearances.  Which is why I was hoping for student volunteers.  And I tried soliciting help.  I hit up every student photog, and journalist I saw on the field over the years.  No luck.  I couldn't make them see a benefit to publishing their extra stuff on a site with a page rank of 7.  Only if I paid.  I even put ads in the college paper too.  Everyone wanted cash.

There was one year when my fiancee, now wife, was sick.... a local alum just happened to volunteer to write and take pictures.  He didn't know about my situation. He did a great job.  After the season, he completely vanished... all contact info I had stopped working, mail came back return to sender.  It was weird, like he was an angel or something.

Not Good at all, out 4 weeks, 2 fractures in his ankle. >:(

Cathey will step up, IMHO the kid has skills, he was a little nervous against Cortland but he will be much better this week.

GO KEAN COUGARS!!! ? ?

I've noticed that there has not been much chatter from the Kean faithful since thier come from behind win at home Sat. vs. my beloved BENGALS! ???
Giving up 17 fourth quarter points (and losing by 7) is not what I had invisioned for the Orange and Black as they began the 4th quarter up 27-17. Hopefully we can get back on track at home vs. TCNJ. If so then maybe 6-4 is within reach. If not then   ::).

  Congrats Kean!

P. S. Thank God ...Basketball Practice starts this weekend. The BENGALS  return all but 1 player from last years "Sweet 16" team!!  ;)

There hasn't been much chatter because that guy is the only Kean fan I know of on this board and he only posts GO KEAN!! and before that he posted 2 years ago.

MSU Pride

A little late but just wanted to say that the MSU/Cortland game I saw this past Saturday was probably the most exciting game I have seen since I was still playing at MSU when we played Allegheny in the playoffs.

MSU's defense really stepped up when it had to and so did the offense, shout out to the young buck Gerald Selveria, stud WR out of my high school West Orange who had a day against Cortland.

It takes two guys minimum to bring down D'Andria, I have played with some really good rb's while at MSU and don't remember any of them doing what he did to Cortland's defense...Everyone rallied around the back up qb and he marched right down that field to put our team in a position to win...

Our offense has multiple weapons and they are starting to really jell, I don't see any let up in the way that MSU attacks each week, there is to many leaders for that to happen...

Very exciting game at Sam Mills Field.  I agree on the WR...he's a good one and only going to get better.  QB made a big play that led to the winning FG.  With Fischer out though, there isn't any time for learning curve.  He is gonna have to really step up...maybe it was nerves but he looked pretty shaky.  he put the ball on carpet 4 times, I think.  Good Luck.

Your negative Karma is impressive.  How could I have forgotten about you?

rams1102

I keep getting bumped, this is crazy. I guess it's time to cut and paste. ???

Anyway, I think the Red Hawks will do fine. Cathey will do a good job at QB. There were a few jitters when he came in at the end of the first half, but thats expected against a good Cortland "D". He came up big when needed. I hope Fisher can come back this year, but it does not sound good. If he comes back, it's his job and he earned it this year. He became a Red Hawk in my eyes. I hope the play calling gets better. I realize we have a new guy at QB, but we have to start mixing it up. We have a big one against Willy P. Time to take care of business and "Keep Pounding".
