And my post isn't my idea, it's the actual tiebreakers, as provided by a member school.

that idea

How can you possibly throw someone over the top of a steel cage?

Knightstalker

I never said it would be easy, just entertaining, Steel Cage Battle Royal Death Match.

Anyone going to Montclair @ TCNJ this Saturday?

'gro

Funny how this weeks around the east starts with the LL then ends with the NJAC for fear of backlash from 'rediculas' LL posters.

Now yer learnin'!

rams1102

Need you ask that question. ;)

LET'S  GO  MIGHTY  RED  HAWKS  !!!!!!!!!
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

JT

Gro,

I spread it around. I also listen to criticism.  Sometimes I get a little NJAC heavy(not on purpose).  I have learned a lot more about the other conferences over the past few years.  The LL is shaping up to be a good playoff race.  The E8 and the NJAC might be following suit in the next couple of weeks.

ACMob

JT-- you can never be too NJAC heavy! ;D

Yo Gro--  where's the "D" buddy?? ???

Pat-- has the NCAA ever moved a #1 seed out of region-- even before expansion??  By the way, IMO I don't see it happening.  However, I can see the Big Purple coming "East" as certainly possible.

Mount @ Rowan??  NOW, that be odd!  Wouldn't it? :-\

Hey rams, would enjoy meeting up with you at the game. Drop me an E-Mail if you like at: guyj@webtv.net  , or let me know how I can reach you.

OrangeHat,  I believe the score says... 47-22  ... which ironically is also the ratio of ithaca points to the number of cortland fans remaining after halftime...

My understanding is it goes like this:

1. Winner head-to-head (In this case all three would be tied)
2. Results versus the next ranked team (4th place, then 5th place, etc., unlikely to break the tie)
3. Opponent's, opponents' winning percentage in all of Division III
4. Opponent's, opponent's winning percentage in-region

Apparently there are more but I can't see it getting beyond that.

Does that mean that Rowan pretty much has it locked up, even if they happen to lose this weekend?  With Cortland having 2 losses and MSU having 3, even if Rowan hits a bump in the road, they should still get the AQ.  Would it shake up the playoff seedings tremendously if Rowan drops a game?
