Already ugly!  Been 21 years or so since something like this has happened in Cortland.

IMHO, I don't think Cortland State is as bad as it appears, just the record. After seeing Wesley continue to pound out teams from both the South and East, it appears that Rowan may not be as bad as I thought. Now, the rest of the NJAC, it looks as if Rowan may have turned the page and moved forward from that tough Wesley loss and bye to both think about what they need to do to make it back to the playoffs. They still have to find a passing game if they do make it to the playoffs and want to make it out of the first round. Then there is Morrisville State, they continue to impress me, not trying to compare scores with that of UWW, but basically it appears they controlled the game from beginning to end against TCNJ with TCNJ scoring late to make it not as much of a blowout. It appears we may have a de facto championship in couple weeks with Rowan hosting Morrisville in a couple weeks. Lastly, Montclair State still may have a say, they have a two weeks to continue to improve against teams I think they should beat and then maybe I can say again, we may have another de Facto championship game.

Another solid win for the Red Hawks, watch out NJAC, we're coming!!! btw, a safety for MSU had 5 interceptions yesterday, is this not d3football.com news headline worthy? it tied the mark d3 all time record for ints in a game.

Don't have a good picture but it is mentioned prominently on the front page in the summary for our roundup and has been since yesterday afternoon. He also gets my game ball in tomorrow's podcast.

With Delaware Valley putting up 50+ points and having a decent win against Lycoming, Montclair State is looking that much better. Maybe the offense is not as good, but the Defense may be very talented, secondary looking very well. These next couple of weeks in the NJAC is going to be very interesting. Morrisville State vs. Rowan is going to be very interesting, I think Morrisville may have been looking ahead to the Rowan game against Kean. I expect this game to be won on the defensive side, which favors Rowan right now.

That Mo State highlight / game winner was pretty awesome.

You know I love my Red Hawks, but a long way to go. TCNJ is a huge rilvary game. We should win by 2 td's but no guarantee. Then Rowan, Cort, M-Ville & Kean. No walk in the park. One game at a time, but promising. ;)
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

Perfect weekend with the Eagles mauling of the Giants. The game wasn't even as close as the final score.

Lycoming and the Giants talked.................DelVal and the Eagles walked:)

Man.........is this a quiet board ???

MSU Pride

Shout out to my Red Hawks, they put one hell of a show on yesterday in front of a packed home coming crowd at Sam Mills Stadium. Next week is going to be a war, as Rowan comes to town, both teams undefeated in the NJAC, Profs coming off a 31-0 victory to Morrisville, the winner will be alone in the driver seat for number 1 in the conf.

Let's do this thannnnnnnnng!!!!

Rams, I will be in touch later this week, but there is a chance that I will be making the trip to MSU this weekend to catch the game with Rowan.  Original plan was to go to Bridgewater for their homecoming, but I may change that to the following week when they play Hampden-Sydney.  Looks like the Rams are a pleasant surprise this year.

Let's have DelVal and MSU win out!! Does anybody see a #4 (DelVal) vs. #5 (MSU) rematch in Doylestown if that were to happen? Would a 10-0 DelVal get a 4th in the East?

I wonder what the East seedings would look like with a 10-0 DelVal (or Widener), a 9-1 MSU and a 9-1 Widener (or DelVal)? If all three teams run the table up to the DelVal vs. Widener game and the Aggies beat the Profs.........MSU's and Widener's only losses would be to DelVal.

Nah Wesleydad, the following week you'll be going to St. John Fisher to watch them play Buffalo State.
