The Montclair roster posted late today. It's beginning to look a lot like football. ;)

Any word out of the Dragon's Camp?  Anybody catch a peek and have any thoughts?
Taste It!

Ex D3 Athlete

Can anyone report on when there will be any NJAC team scrimmages or scimmages against other teams?  ???

rams1102

Got a chance to watch the scrimage between Montclair and Lackawana. Montclair won 24-16.

I was pleasently surprised by what I witnessed. The "D" looked real good and I was not expecting that. The "O" was not as good as I thought, but improved over last year. The punter pretty good. Our kicker had a 42 yard field goal with about 10+ yards to spare. There were a lot of dumb penalities, but for only a week in camp it was a good day. I feel we will have a good shot at the NJAC and look forward to defending our D3 Football Pre-Season Ranking. Good luck to everyone as the 2010 season opens up this coming Thursday.

LET'S  GO  MIGHTY  RED  HAWKS  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The NJAC Pick-E'm contest has begun for 2010 and is posted on the Pick-E'm Board, under NJAC. Looking forward to another good year and hopefully a few more participants. ;)

Just looking through the other boards before watching the Rays and the Sox. Went to the OAC. I went to the sacrificial alter last year. Had a great time, went to the HOF, met Seventies and some others and made the Buffet. I know the NJAC has a (100) man roster limit, which I think sucks, but the Raiders just posted their FRESHMAN ROSTER which had (107) names on it. Now you know why the East can't compete with the Raiders. That being said I hope I can make the ride to Alliance again this November. I love a challange. If you guys don't like the Kent State guy, I'll pay his plain fare to Montclair. ;D Good luck to you guys this year.

The WIAC seems to be able to compete despite its 100-man roster limit.

Red and White scrimmage was this past Sunday.  The one's look awesome.  QB Pitcher looked healthy and was sharp.  Some depth in the backfield and at receiver.

As good as the one's looked.  The two's were not good and the three's...wow...let's just be glad that not many will have to play.  Not alot of depth at some key positions.

Scrimmage vs U of R on Sat. at home.  Opening game at Keane on 9/11.  Huge game right out of the blocks.
