Just watched the 2nd half of the MSU and Kean game...

Not sure how to judge the game...

Neither team could do much on offense, they couldn't throw the ball to save their lives...

Not sure if that was a result of the defense or just inept QB play...

Both teams look to have some pretty good athletes though...

Is Kean that good to make MSU pedestrian looking or is it something else?

MSU Pride

solid win!!!!!  Kean is a very god team, it will always be a close game, the main reason...Both teams know each other so well, the Head coach and D coordinator of Kean both coach and played at MSU, it will always be a slugfest and always be a defensive battle...

This is my 3rd time trying to post since this morning. >:( Montclair did well yesterday. It's tough going to Kean. They seem to always come back. We took care of business. The "D" was awsome and the "O" is starting to improve. I tip my hat to Fisher. He appears to becomming part of the team and not being a lone wolf. He ran out of the pocket for a first down and took a hit. Had a nice TD pass in the 3rd and forced one late in the game for an int and the "D: took care of business. I think we are coming together and there may be some majic here. Also the play calling was much better. Keans QB is a pain in the butt and #14 running is a beast. Time to get ready for TCNJ. Welcome abord MSUPride and +K.

I wouldn't worry much about TCNJ. 80+ total yards and a 37 point deficit heading into the fourth quarter against Cortland tells me that Montclair has little to worry about until October 30 – which used to be the weekend that TCNJ and Montclair met until the NJAC added the Brockport, Buffalo, Morrisville and Westconn football powerhouses.

Cortland takes care of business again.  I am impressed that Coach has them focused.

Thanks for the advice. ;) I'm sure Buff St. will become a powerhouse when they join the E8 next year. At least that will allow for (2) out of conference games.

Kid Guiliano was outstanding at wr and Autera ran well. Cstate went to the wildcat a fair amount and successfully. Team seems to be well balanced offensively and the defense tough as usual.

Cortland taking care of business.  They are getting better every week.  Thay have to be so difficult to prepare for....Great game today.  Giuliano was awesome and Pitcher is delivering the ball and kids are making plays.  Autera's first touch down run he literally hurdles a guy  who is standing up.  The kid didn't know where he went!  Giuliano 3 receiving TDs, Pitcher 4 passing TDs...Autera...who do you stop?  Wait till Sair gets back.  And the Defense...second straight shutout and only 91 total yds of offense....Well Done

Congrats to the Red Dragons on another big win.  Keep the ball rolling and earn that Pool A bid!  If all goes to plan the showdown with Montclair should be great!
Taste It!

Congrats to Cortland for making the D3 Top 25. Now we have (5) teams from the East in.

Way to go Cortland making the top 25.

Wide out Anthony Giuliano is making a name for himself instead of being Andrew's brother.  He made a catch in the back of the end zone this week that was incredible and that was just one of 3 TD's he had on the day.  And as previously posted, Justin Autera going up and over a defender for a TD was just plain fun to watch.

Looking forward to the team playing at home after two on the road.  Besides homefield it gives me an excuse to breakout the smoker!  Well done Cstate.

This has been nominated for Play of the Week, by the way.
