Interesting articles for the Labcoat types:

Avg Net Point Differential yields a R-squared of .928 when correlated with winning percentage.  For those of you with eyes glazing over...that means it's good.  But hey, what do I know.  I went to two SUNY schools, and they were both called The Red Dragons.   :-\
Justin Bieber created 666 false D3 identities to give me negative karma.

No offense JT but I'm kinda hopin for a TCNJ upset over Rowan.  Would make this a whole lot easier.

Rams, on the other hand, is hoping Willy P finds a way to beat Cortland.

You, obviously would like to see Montclair lose.

If we all win out, I am hearing that the tie breaker would go to OOWP.  Is that your understanding as well?

Its cool. I was rooting for Cortland last week. I was even telling player parents how to beat Montclair in the parking lot after Cortland vs. Rowan.  I also told them I thought Cortland was better.  I didn't think it would come down to a missed FG.  I figured Cortland by 7.

I've looked at it, but I'll wait for the master D3 bracketologists like Gordon, Pat, and others to weigh in.

I didn't realize the NJAC tie breakers were that crazy.  Logically, I was thinking the team (Rowan), that beat the team (Cortland), that beat the team (Montclair) was huge... but apparently not so much.

And I always want to see Montclair lose... just going to their campus is depressing.  Except for Sam Mills every thing about Montclair is evil.
I always want to see Rowan lose, but I'm not as bad as you. ;D I offered you and your family food and drink in the Train Station, did not sick the dogs on you and only beat you guys by 19. I thought that was very hospitable ;) Good luck the rest of the year.

I'm joking.... however, the campus today is very inhospitable to the fans.  Its not as much fun as it used be.
Me too. ;D

Cool.  I've been a little giddy and goofy the past couple of days.  When one works really hard on a project and it exceeds expectations... one celebrates a little.  I'm exhausted and can't wait for vacation over Thanksgiving.

I think Montclair, Cortland, and Rowan's performance show the strength of this league, not its weakness.  I don't know how its going to play out, but if there are three 9-1's they'll be a lot of nail biting on selection Sunday.

But Brockport is going to beat Montclair so Rowan will have the inside track... LOL

I listened to most of the Brockport game on the web against Rowan.  I didn't think Brockport was bad.  Anything is possible these last two weeks.

Brockport was very close to beating Montclair last year, but on the road and with that defense of MSU it probably won't be close, but who knows how MSU will feel after last week's disappointment.

That's why we play the games. B-Port, Willy P and TCNJ can play havoc in the last (2) weeks of the NJAC. Montclair, Cortland and Rowan should win out in their last NJAC games, but one never knows. Like you said, is Montclair still thinking about last week and forget what is ahead of them. Time will tell. ;)
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

Well good luck!  Hope it's a good game.  Will you be attending Rams?

MSU Pride

We will be ready; there is not a doubt in my mind!!!!!! Montclair State will be fired up! Our Slogan is Keep Pounding!! This is how we honor our fallen leader, Sam Mills who repeated this very phrase while giving a speech to the Carolina Panthers in the 2003 Playoffs...The Keep Pounding phase began to make headlines when Sam Mills formed the "Keep Pounding Foundation" to raise money for cancer research while going through chemo therapy and still coaching. We will not back down, we will not give up, We will "Keep Pounding"!

Good luck to all in tomorrows battles and enjoy.

Quick scoring early, 7-6 MSU only 3 minutes into the game.  (Missed Brockport XP)

JT

44-0 Rowan over West Conn at Half.

JT

57-0 Rowan over West Conn. Final.

TCNJ shuts out Kean 7-0. The Lions could have a very nice team in '11 with just about everybody back on their two-deep.

theoriginalupstate

With SJF ****ting the bed today, the NJAC could get two pool C's if everyone ends up 9-1...

pg04

Montclair leads Brockport 27-13 in the 3rd quarter.
