Westconn got demolished yesterday, i feel bad for those kids, to work so hard just to get defeated, i saw the game and they hung with them for a bit, but then once half time came, it was straight down hill from there, cortland picked them apart, i hope they can win at least one, especially for those seniors, before they depart for the less talented mass league, which they should have been there in the first place, but the lack of direction and constant changes are its downfall. its a shame, they seem they could have been able to put up at least somewhat of a fight.

Hmmm... Random and player-like comment.

You mean a 6'2", 250lb Senior defensive lineman would come on here and call out the coaches?

Interesting.

Shocking! It was deleted! At least the quote is still there to see. I feel for the team but posting here like that will not help (if it is indeed the person you think it is)

Email address matched, so I'd say it's a strong possibility.

bports

After watching Brockport dominate Buff St and TCNJ this team is definitely for real. They are loaded with good players all over the board and about the only weakness i see is at punter. Both the OL and the DL are very good, there secondary and wr corps are nothing short of excellent and the LB's and Rb's are excellent. The qb has been excellent and they seem like a very young team at most positions. The next 2 weeks will be tough road games but someone will have to play good to beat them. Coach Salomones teams have always been physical and tough and now he has got the talent back to where it was. With the facility upgrades coming up the future is looking bright!!

man this board has gone dead.  was hoping to get some info on the brockport/kean game this weekend.  i am thinking of making the trip to see how good bport is.  i watched some of the buff st game and they were clearly better to me.  also interested to see if kean is sliding back to average.

Kean may be 0-2 but they've lost to #2 Mary Hardin Baylor and an undefeated Albright team. Given that, I think the game will be pretty even, and definitely worried that Brockport may lose this one on the road.

redhawks

Two interesting matchups this week in the NJAC with Brockport at Kean and MSU at Willy P. For Kean    they must get the W. Starting 0-3 would be hard to overcome. I think Kean is still a quality team having played 2 very good teams. On the other hand Brockport makes an overnight trip which could be tricky. I think Kean will have to score atleast 21 points to have a chance as I see this being a shootout.

Now onto the Redhawks. At 1-2 they must come out and take control of Willy P. WP has its homecoming so they should have a decent crowd. The past few years have been very close. I can see this easily being a 10-7 game. Cathey was hurt last week so if he does not play it will be a long day and the offense is pretty poor with him even in there. After this game they have at Cortland, home vs Rowan and home vs TCNJ. Lose to WP and be 1-3 into these games kiss the season good bye. Must win for the Hawks tomorrow.

Looked like he hurt his left hand. Do you know if he will play? I agree, without Cathy it will be a long day for Montclair.
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

Earlier today I was talking to a friend who is also a big D3 fan and I made the following statement. I think we should beat Willy P, then we go to Cortland and if Mercury is aligned with Jupiter we get away with a lucky win, then Rowan home and the Prof's **** their pants and we are now undefeated in the NJAC. We then build up a head of steam in spite of out HC and OC. I know everyone will send me for a check up from the neck up, but one never knows. ::)

If we beat Willy P and IFIFIFIFIFIFIFIF we get lucky against Cortland, what would you say?  ;)

heading out to kean today for the brockport game.  looking forward to seeing how good this brockport team is and where kean is this year.  think this may be a statement game for brockport if they beat kean.  would make them favorite in the njac along with rowan.  i saw rowan against del val so i will be able to compare them.
