Interesting.  I didn't know much about him anyways.  As long a Callahan is healthy!

Need a D3 Football fix. Maybe I'll hear some football on the local news & radio during my business trip up-state NY. Falconer, Buffalo, Rochester and Rome starting on Monday. This is a long summer. Gotta start to get ready for the NJAC Pick E'M.  ;D
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

Noticed the D3 Poll, Who Will Win The NJAC? How many homers voted for their teams? I wanted to cast my vote for Montclair but was  honest and voted for Wesley. Hope the Red Hawks can finish 2nd and hopefully make it to the Dance. ;)

I didn't see the poll until I read your post. I'm like you, I wanted to vote for CNU, but went with Wesley. And would also be nice if CNU finished 2nd and danced!

I will be doing wide video for Wesley again this year (my "selfless" volunteer job) and will most likely be able to hit just about all of the road games (short of North Central unfortunately).  I would love to meet you guys.  So if you see me, give me a wave!

That sounds like a lot of fun. I did one radio broadcast as the color commentator at CNU. It was the home game when we finally beat Rowan (2007)! Was awesome!! I did halftime scores @ UMHB....not so much fun!

If you are still doing video next year and head to CNU, give a shout. If you come the day before, dinner and beer is on me!

With only Callahan getting a 2nd team Pre-season All American honors, it seems that Wesley will have a lot of relative unknowns at many positions this year, probably the most I have seen since first attending games back in 2006.  It is going to be one hell of an interesting season to see who steps up in the face of a competitive league.

I'm not too worried about the offense. I think the defense has a little more to make up for in terms of replacing guys (i.e. LBs). It's might be a busy first 3 weeks for the Ohio contigent. Normally we always travel down to Frostburg as it is only 3.5 hours away, then we want to go to the CNU game at Wesley where apparently Coach Drass will be honored and finally to North Central!

Nice to have a game close to you for once (or twice as it has been throughout the years......)
