I believe Coach Drass will be going for win #200 next week also!!.. Enjoy watching the game today on line. Saw a lot of new wrinkles and blocking schemes today. The coaches are always putting new looks on both sides of the ball.
PA, I think that was his 200th win. He had 199 before the Mount game and that would have been something.

This was 199 officially. They must have counted some forfeit or something, which doesn't actually go on a coach's official record.

A few years ago Wesley played a club team ( not sure who) But they also got a forfeit win over MT Ida in 2000

George Mason?

Yes, that 2000 game is not a forfeit, it's a no-contest. Since Mount Ida cancelled before ever showing up, this is not a forfeit and it doesn't count on Wesley's record (or Mike Drass' record either).

So would that be where the extra win came from? Or does College of Faith not count from last year?

The NJAC went 1-2 in non-conference games this weekend.  Kean looks pretty strong with it's win over Bridgewater State while CNU lost to Hampton-Sydney.

CNU85

Saturday night was ugly. CNU also had over 100 yds in penalties. Not good at all. And $%@$....this new look NJAC is tough. After a poor nonconference showing, the reward is a trip to Wesley.

I think "ugly" is putting it mildly....CNU should fork out refunds for that pile of garbage Saturday night!

A great article on Coach Drass on the D3 Football site.  He certainly paid his dues and created one hell of a program as a result.  Between him, Coach Knapp, Coach Azzanesi, and the rest of the Wesley coaching staff, Wesley has become one of the most consistent programs in DIII for the past 10 years.  As the article mentions, Coach Drass is not a coach that likes to be singled out, but he deserves the recognition! Well done, sir!

Yeah but one town has a very distinct aroma on certain days when the wind is just right and the weather is warm.
