SU up 38-35 with 2 minutes left. Wesley starts their drive with a big pass to Okike. Him and Callahan are monsters.

Wesley goes for it on 4th & 5! They do not convert! SU with the ball with 1 minute left!

That is game IF Salisbury can deftly handle the clock.

And Salisbury just knocked off Wesley. HELL OF A GAME!

Meanwhile Hobart beats SLU with a last second TD to add to the bedlam in the east.

dont see this game being close.  Wesley will score 40+ maybe 50+.  The gulls will move the ball but do not have the horses to outscore Wesley.  20+ point win and on to Willy P.  Looking for Rowan to win so they get ranked.  expect St Lawrence to beat Hobart and Alright to beat Stevenson.  The next 2 weeks will be interesting around the nation to see who moves up or down.

Since the video feed crapped out yet again (somebody needs to send the A.D. a few bucks to bring that broadcast into the 21st Century) you have to explain in detail......what the hell happened today!!!!!

They are nowhere near the best team in the east BUT with Wesley's upset loss.........

Could the 11 news starters on offense......7 new starters on defense and a new kicker and punter........DVU Aggies be the top team (rankings wise) in the East???

I wouldn't have put $10.00 on 1,000 - 1 odds before this season started  ???

If Salisbury hadn't lost to CNU they'd be in the conversation for top team in the East.

I see it as this:

1. Wesley/Salisbury

2. Del Val/Albright

3. WNE

Next week will only add clarity.

"If Salisbury hadn't lost to CNU they'd be in the conversation for top team in the East"????

If they hadn't lost to Albright you mean........

If DelVal hadn't lost to Wilkes.......

If Albright hadn't lost to DelVal......

If I hadn't married my ex-wife......

Just got back from the game.  Congrads to Salisbury for the spirited win today.  You guys were the better team out there.  Wesley's defense wasn't.  Ultimately, though, it came down to the fact that Wesley's offense was the last to blink.  Two dropped (catchable) passes on the last drive with less than two minutes left sealed the deal.  Now all Wesley can hope for is a Salisbury loss to Frostburg next week (unlikely).  And if that doesn't pan out, hope that we get a pool C bid.......   Yep, that was not the game to lose.   :-[
